I hope it is the language or misunderstanding problem, I was shocked when I arrived at the reception and the staff told me to choose wait 5 min to let him tip the passport information to system or I put my passport at front desk for several hours until I go downstairs for dinner. Why any reception takes so long time to tip some letters? Sorry, I have traveled to more than 100 different hotels in Europe, America, Asia und this is my first time to hear that. The gentleman explained me it is rules in Italy, but I was three times in Italy and sure, every country needs passport but no one is so inefficient as i know. Instead of 5 min I would like to say 30 second to tip the name and so on. Later he calls my husband as my friend, I did nicely correct him that he is my husband with smile, he repeat immediately again he is my friend and said it doesn’t matter for him, sure it doesn’t matter for him but it does matter to me.... if he said first time to me and I think he does not know it, but when I told him and he repeat his mistake to me, I think he does not respect me at all!
