I used to love this restaurant, because of their delicous food. But tonight was an incredible experience, i never thought this would happen to me and my friends. We invited our friends to introduce this restaurant, but unfortunately it turned out to be a nightmare experience for me and my friends. We waited 40minutes for the main dish to arrive, and when the food finally arrived, my partner asked the old man and woman (i believe the owners) what happened? Coz we waited for so long! So the old man asked my partner: "are you in a hurry? Are you going to work tomorrow morning?Tell me what time are you going to work later! " He said this 3x!! Though my italian is not so great. I understood what was going on. He also said something like "You ruined my night!". We were shocked of what he said! And tbh, we lost the appetite to eat further...We left without finishing the main dish..We will for sure never come back...

We stopped here for a night on our way to a vacation near Venice. This place is fantastic, offering stunning views of Trento and the mountains. The hotel is nestled in a vineyard, and in the evening, you can enjoy wine practically among the vines, providing a perfect escape from street traffic and city noise.

The hosts are incredibly kind and you can truly feel the warmth and hospitality of the Italians here. The room standards are comparable to a very good hotel, well-equipped, and finished with wood and stone. The breakfasts are delicious, with the carrot cakes and especially the chocolate cakes being world-class masterpieces. And, as everywhere in Italy, the espresso...

The main gate was closed when we arrived. It took some time to reach someone. When we finally contacted the owner over the phone, she said that we didn´t have any reservation (I did have the confirmation from booking)… after a few minutes of arguing she offered one room for us… but the next problem was our dog - they are forbidden (even tho booking says it’s dog-friendly)…

The main gate is manually controlled, so you have to be back before 9pm, otherwise nobody opens it for you…

Nobody speaks english

The staff was rude and unprofessional

Esperienza deludente, nonostante l'ambiente accogliente Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare un'occasione speciale in questo ristorante con la mia famiglia, prenotando per quattro persone. Purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata più deludente che piacevole. Arrivati puntuali, abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 20 minuti prima di poter ordinare. La situazione non è migliorata durante il pasto: dopo aver ordinato, abbiamo mangiato l'antipasto (apprezzato il tortello di patate) ma atteso più di un'ora per il primo piatto. Quando finalmente ci hanno servito, il proprietario si è limitato a giustificare i lunghi tempi di attesa dicendo che la cucina aveva poco personale e che non potevano fare di più. Un ulteriore disguido si è verificato quando, al momento del pagamento, ho espresso il mio disappunto per la lunga attesa e per la qualità del primo piatto (che purtroppo non ho mangiato), e la risposta che ho ricevuto dallo chef è stata un'altra giustificazione sulla mole di lavoro. In compenso, mi è stato fatto uno sconto irrisorio del 10% che, per ironia della sorte, nemmeno sono riusciti ad applicare correttamente. Il conto finale è stato di 138 euro e mi sono stati restituiti solo 5 euro in contanti, un gesto che non ha certo migliorato l'impressione generale. In sintesi, non posso fare a meno di sottolineare che l'esperienza è stata lontana dalle aspettative. L'attesa è stata eccessiva, il servizio poco attento e la qualità del cibo non ha compensato i disagi. Mi dispiace, ma non credo che tornerò in futuro.
