Milli Eat&Drink — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

We're struggling with service this evening. I've explained 3 times I'm here for a drink. I understand your kitchen doesn't open until 7pm. Although it's not advertised. Didn't bring me a drink menu until I asked for it. Then I had to wait to order. Then the waiter wanted to argue about me calling it a "Hugo Spritz" which is what literally everywhere else in Italy has called it. A month later of my time in Italy after living on them while here because they DON'T EXIST where I'm from....I think I can clearly order one. I'm waiting with bated breath to see what they bring since it's apparently not what I'm used to....oh wait...here it is. And OMG it's a SPRITZ. One point for the stupid American.

Although I guess my first red flag should've been when I held up 1 finger when asking for a table and he asked for 3 people?...I don't speak fluent Italian but I'm pretty sure I can count to 3 in at least 4 different languages including Italian, or more pertinently, in this...

I ordered risotto.on the Menu IT says Risotto for two Person 12 Euro. This seems normal around here. But the Guy who served took the Change and tried to charge the double price, even thus it was clear on the card. He ask me for 24 Euro. That ist a non go and a pity. The Risotto was really Bad.
