Niky's Alchimia del Gusto — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

What an experience! Outside of Centro Storico but well worth a drive or taxi. The space is elegantly designed with great background music. Now, when the food arrived — it was pure delight! My dish (Vitello Tonnato) was far from typical. No mayo, layered tuna tartare, then veal, then a delicious tomato salsa with flower petals sprinkled on top. My spouse had the Risotto Niky’s which was a delicious blend of shrimp, cheese and tuna flakes on top. I’m still thinking about those dishes 2 days later! For dessert, we had the chocolate shell with hot cherry syrup poured over it by our waiter and watched the shell melt away. The wine list is impressive and we chose a Sicilian Donna Fugata (nerello mescalese blend) as they feature wines from just about every region of Italy. I got a recommendation to try this place for a new brioche, it's not really so different from others just extra blueberry cream, but anyway it was good and crispy as it should be. Prices are a little bit higher than in other places. The atmosphere is nice and well organised. The place we had breakfast, our table and also around tables were a little dirty and blotchy, all the rest is ok. Anyway to try a new taste I think it's worth going. UPDATED: service becomes much better, fast and friendly. Carbonara was really delicious, but the price was also high, pizza was also very tasty and well made, absolutely recommended. Io e la mia compagnia siamo andati Domenica , non penso che ci ritorneremo! Innanzitutto avevamo prenotato e non trovavano la nostra prenotazione! Una volta accomodati al tavolo abbiamo ordinato , le cose da bere ci sono arrivate quando stavamo mangiando , dopo aver sollecitato più volte il cameriere ! Le cose da mangiare ci sono arrivate separatamente , c' erano persone che già avevano il loro piatto e altri hanno dovuto aspettare anche dieci minuti ! Nel complesso nessuno si è lamentato per il cibo, ma il servizio è stato altalenante! Ho chiesto del formaggio da mettere sulla Gricia e mi è stato portato 10 minuti dopo ! Per non parlare del momento in cui ho ordinato il dolce! Mi è arrivata una panna cotta con la data di produzione ( vedi foto ). Il problema è che era stata prodotta il 2 / 7 / 2019 ed eravamo al 8/ 7 / 2019 , quando lo ho fatto notare alla cameriera lei era mortificata , mi ha portato via il dolce ed è andata a chiedere spiegazioni in cucina, dopo circa 10 minuti è venuta al tavolo dicendo che loro la panna cotta la conservano per 8 giorni e che non dovevo preoccuparmi sulla conservazione del prodotto! Quindi mi hanno riportato la panna cotta, la stessa di prima con tutto il gelato sciolto ormai , accortasi dell' errore è ritornata indietro e poi mi ha riconsegnato la panna cotta nuova ! Al momento del pagamento al mio amico hanno fatto pagare € 6,50 in più per le verdure grigliate , quando lui ha chiesto ESPLICITAMENTE al cameriere se si potevano scegliere altri contorni e se erano inclusi !!! Quando ha chiesto spiegazioni alla ragazza alla cassa gli hanno risposto in modo saccente " è logico che le verdure costano di più, te le cuciniamo apposta " ! Non credo ci tornerò più . Ne io , ne...
