Great hospitality with an attentive offerings of not only baked goods, bread, and also wine. It is a perfect micro example (to many Italian cities) on how bistrots or eateries can be platforms to showcase the excellence of regional food ingredients.

I have tried the romanas (tray baked pizzas), croissants, breads, and their single portion cakes (with buckwheat and hazelnuts)...and all testify to the owner's drive for excellence and quality! And they have a good selection of wine from regional producers...the recommended Manzoni Bianco was impressive, considering it is on the wines by the glass menu.

Last and not least, a very cordial, knowlegeable, and efficient waiting team.

Dopo varie esperienze passate molto positive mi sono stupito dell’esperienza di oggi. Ore 18.00 ordiniamo due aperitivi (Hugo analcolico per mia moglie incinta e io un rosé trento doc) buoni ma non giustifico il prezzo di 15€ anche se accompagnati da un pezzo di focaccia, dei cubetti di mortadella e due di formaggio (tagliati la mattina perché la mortadella aveva la crosticina e il formaggio “sudava”). Personale, come sempre, molto cordiale e gentile. Quello che purtroppo mi ha stupito è stata la pulizia dell’ambiente: all’esterno pieno di escrementi di uccello, normale in città, ma era pieno, per terra e sulle sedie (il cameriere ne ha pulita una per noi). Se c’è un problema di pulizia e ci sono troppi volatili o pulisci tutti i giorni anche l’esterno e se non è sufficiente prendi altri provvedimenti. All’interno il legno a vista, bellissimo appena fatto qualche anno fa, ora è diventato nero, pavimento e bagno non in buone condizioni. Mi è dispiaciuto vederlo così, magari ho preso la giornata sbagliata (16 agosto) però credo passerà del tempo prima...

This place is very nice! The staff is also lovely and spoke in english with us. I had a beer and a focaccia. The beer was so good and I was surprised with the appetizers that came together, I wasn't expecting that at all! The focaccia was also good, but nothing especial. I'd definitely recommend this place. It was lovely eating with the cute...
