Incredible food!!! This restaurant is family owned and they’ve created something very beautiful - top quality meals, friendly staff and tranquil atmosphere. They offer untraditional combinations that exceed expectations: both ingredient and taste-wise. For a starter we tried ‘La bruschetta della casa’, which consisted of bread with four spreads. All of them were really good, especially the olive and aubergine pesto! Then, we got the Tortelloni di melanzane e burrata and the Pappardele di mirtillo nero al ragù di anatra fresco. Both dishes were rich in flavour, but the latter one distinguishes with the odd union of blueberry pasta and duck ragù. But! Definitely worth the try - everything goes well with each other; the only note I have, is that the sauce was too salty, and I couldn’t add cheese on top. Lastly, we tried the tiramisu too, which was nice, but I wish it had more mascarpone cream. Must have coffee with the dessert, which was very tasty on its own too. Like I mentioned above, the staff was very kind and the ambiance was chill; I particularly liked the playlist - contributes a lot to the atmosphere. Overall, we had an amazing experience and recommend this place if visiting...
Read morePatelli is a beautiful restaurant in Trento's city center that offers an elegant atmosphere and a wide variety of menu options. My wife and I along with our two young children visited the restaurant for dinner one weeknight and were welcomed with opened arms. The gentleman who I presume is the owner, spoke English (always a slight relief) and was very friendly. My wife and I ordered the mushroom risotto and it was delicious, while our children ate pasta pomodoro. The pasta pomodoro was not actually on the menu but they were able to accommodate our request. The only negative I have is that the bread was not very good; simple and dry. Other then that I would be happy to return here in the future and be able to enjoy a complete dinner with either my wife or a group of...
Read moreA nice restaurant in the heart of Trento. Opening hours are the usual siesta disruption. The food was very good but the portion is a little smaller than expected but the price is somewhat fair. I had the calamarata and my partner the gnocchi ortollana which were both very smooth and good quality salsa. the service was fair, although not the friendliest and not very welcoming. I give this place a 3 star rating all due to the service but the food is say is 4 stars. As per the interior of the restaurant it's very cosy and what is extremely nice is the fact that they have wheel chair accessible toilets and entrance which is very good. I recommend this place if you were in the old town and don't want to move further otherwise check my other reviews for better places...
