Pizzikotto - Pizzeria & Lifferia - Trento — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

We stopped here on our way from muzeum. Restaurant looks very nice from outside and it have very modern design inside. When we arrive the place was packed with people. It was working day, some time after two, butvit seemed there was some big group of people - maybe business lunch together or something like that. Luckyly for us, they were just leaving, but unfortunatelly the staff was apparently exhauset. It was a big complicated to find agreement, mainly when we tried to communicate in english. I like using qr codes, but this time my phone was not charged well, so I did not appretiate, that the english memu was available only online under qr code printed on regular menu. Otherwise the idea is quite neat. The pizza was good, I liked the options with diffenrent sizes of dough. My pizza was a bit bitter, I had Deliciosa, but that is probably punishment for white base and leaf vegetable on pizza :) the dough and prosciutto was good. I liked that they offered crayons and coloring picture to my kid and we were probably unlucky with timing, but I would very pobably not...

Non sono solito lasciare recensioni del genere ma quello che è accaduto ha dell’incredibile.

Ordino su Just Eat una pizza “regina” accompagnata con delle patatine, il fattorino me ne consegna due sbagliate e palesemente manomesse.

Il sacchetto delle patatine era aperto come se ci avesse infilato le mani dentro.

Posso capire l’errore, che può sempre capitare, il problema però nasce quando non si garantisce il corretto trasporto degli alimenti.

Visto il costo non proprio economico chi lavora in cucina e in pizzeria dovrebbe assicurarsi di consegnare il cibo ai fattorini ben sigillato, senza facilitarne la manomissione.

Sarebbe costato tanto chiudere il sacchetto delle patatine (mollicce e fritte in un olio palesemente vecchio) dentro un sacchetto biodegradabile con un nodo come fanno tutte le altre pizzerie? Anche quelle più scadenti!

La qualità la si può evincere dalle foto, pizze non mie ne ordinate da me, che a primo impatto mi sono sembrate delle piadine sporcate con del sugo e con qualche rimanenza di mozzarella -se così si può chiamare- e qualche traccia di condimento.

Ovviamente non le ho assaggiate visto la cura con cui trattano il cibo, ma ne posso immaginare il sapore. Sembrano “pizze” surgelate, forse peggio!

Per concludere, imbarazzante assistenza da parte del ragazzo della pizzeria con cui ho parlato che continuava a parlarmi sopra e a giustificare l’ingiustificabile.

A malincuore mi trovo a dover buttare del cibo, cosa che odio dover fare e che mi fa arrabbiare molto visto il momento storico che stiamo attraversando.

Tutto questo per colpa dell’inettézza di chi non sa garantire il coretto svolgimento di un servizio.

A Trento si riesce a trovare...

My rating here is a little weird because we just did carry out. While I didn’t experience this meal inside the restaurant, I was in there to order and pick up my pizza and the environment is pretty nice! The service was great, but again, since I only ordered take out, it was hard to really gauge the service. Pizzikotto is a chain but this one was really good!
