Pizzium - Trento — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

WARNING! If you are non-Italian do not visit this restaurant, unless you want to be treated as a second-class customer. Last Saturday we wanted to visit this pizzeria. We asked for a table for two and were told by a responsible personnel (guy with a black beard with red t-shirt) to wait at least 45 min, even when there were 2 tables free outside. After 15 min of waiting 3 Italian guys arrived and asked us if we were in line to be seated and they also asked to be seated. As soon they asked for the table they were immediately provided with the table outside. I would like to emphasise that there were two tables (one for two people and the second for four people) and both were not set! When I tried to confront the responsible guy, why the others were prioritised, he interrupted me with an excuse that he has people to serve at the cash desk and has no time to talk with me. After insisting with my inquiry his only deceiving answer was that he could not provide a big table for two people. I did not like the pizza very much (because of my wrong choice and also maybe because I am more into the crunchy style of pizzas) but the manager and waiters were a selection of the most customer-oriented professionals I have ever come across, genuinely good people, professionally committed to ensuring we would have a positive experience despite how busy the place was. Absolutely wonderful! Pizza was served impressively quickly. They brought water for my dogs without me asking, packed the left over pizza for takeaway and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. Location 4/5: Pizzium, nota catena di pizzerie, gode di una posizione centrale, trovandosi proprio accanto a Piazza Fiera. Il locale ha pochi coperti, i tavoli sono leggermente piccoli e le sedie non troppo comode, elementi che non permettono di arrivare al 5/5.

Cibo 4/5: Il menù è abbastanza vario, l'impasto ottimo e super leggero, nonostante le pizze fossero di dimensioni generose. Cottura perfetta e stesura impeccabile, ma le patate erano un po' troppo spesse; se fossero state tagliate a cubetti sarebbero state perfette.

Servizio 5/5: Il servizio è stato una vera coccola. La cameriera ha risposto con precisione alle nostre domande e ha accontentato ogni richiesta di variazione. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e simpatico, con un'attenzione ai dettagli che merita di essere premiata. I tempi di attesa sono stati nella norma, anche considerando che il locale non era pieno (era mercoledì sera).

Rapporto qualità-prezzo 4/5: 51€ per 3 pizze, 2 bottiglie d'acqua e una Sprite sono un po' tanti, ma purtroppo a Trento questi prezzi sono la norma. Le pizzerie sembrano tutte allineate su questo livello di costo. Non è quindi una critica alla pizzeria, che gode di una buona posizione e offre qualità, ma piuttosto alla politica dei prezzi della città.

Media 4/5: Il locale è situato in una posizione centrale e ben visibile, proprio accanto a Piazza Fiera, il che lo rende facilmente raggiungibile. All'interno, lo spazio è accogliente ma limitato, con pochi coperti, tavoli un po' piccoli e sedie che non garantiscono il massimo comfort, fattori che influiscono sulla valutazione. L'arredamento è semplice, in linea con lo stile delle moderne catene di pizzerie, e la disposizione degli elementi è funzionale anche se potrebbe essere ottimizzata. La musica di sottofondo è discreta e piacevole, contribuendo a un'atmosfera rilassata e informale.
