Ristorante Villa Madruzzo — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

I believe this to be one of the best if not the best restaurant in the Trento area. I have been there 4 times during the past year and in 3 times out of the 4 it delivered, in my humble opinion, a world class food and service for the price range. (I am speaking in the capacity of a simple person who traveled a bit, lived for years in NYC, LA, Miami, Vienna, Tel-Aviv, spent a few months in France and is now living in beautiful Trento) However, my last visit there was a disappointment and I am not writing this review out or spite, on the contrary.. No olive oil has been served with the bread, the service was very rushed and clumsy and the Black Angus steak was swimming in a sea of mustard, a very large sea of mustard. The room was airless and stuffy, a cracked window could have done wonders. It was Saturday night so they might have been understaffed, all is understandable and forgiven considering how well the food and service were during my previous visits but I know they can be much...

Di solito le mie recensioni sono brevi e sintetiche, ma voglio spendere il giusto tempo per questo luogo, che non ha il punteggio che merita solo perché in giro c’è gente…bah…diciamo invidiosa. Il ristorante Organizzazione perfetta, tovagliati e corredi stupendi, servizio di altissimo livello, piatti squisiti e prodotti di massima qualità, senza mai esagerare col conto Gnocchetti verdi con fonduta di formaggio in-di-men-ti-ca-bi-li. Il luogo Un paradiso in città, sala ristorante straordinaria con grandi vetrate che affacciano sul bosco autunnale, un incanto assolutamente unico che trasforma un pranzo in una pausa di tranquillità L’Hotel Un palazzo elegantissimo, in città, restaurato perfettamente con attenzione ai valori architettonici del suo tempo, circondato da cortili e giardini, comodissimo il parcheggio. Tutti, ma proprio tutti, lo invidiano. Camere bellissime, pulizia impeccabile, il soggiorno diventa un arrivederci. Il personale Da sempre una scuola di eccellenze, tutti bravissimi e attentissimi alle esigenze della clientela. Il leader È un grande leader, dotato di un enorme talento. Forza, enorme conoscenza professionale, capacità di gestione e di sostegno di tutta la sua squadra, attenzione maniacale alle esigenze dei clienti, passione, tantissima passione. For me the best in town if you are looking for a classi place with good food, great service and right prices (it's not that expencive like you can think it is). The "tartare di manzo" for me it's their best dish. You can have also a taste of regional food. In summer time you can stay outside in the lovely garden.
