Urban House — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

We each went for the Avocado Toast combo that included an avocado toast of our choosing (we chose the salmon & vegan option respectively), a glass of orange juice and a cappuccino for a very fair 12.90€. We were quite stuffed at the end.

Salmon toast: very good, great combo of the salmon with the raspberry highlights Vegan tofu toast: very good, the tofu was a bit too salty, otherwise no complaints.

The staff was nice and we're happy and grateful we could talk to them in English.

Because the weather was nice and warm at 8am, we decided to sit outside where, unfortunately, they were blasting a very party-heavy playlists of current hits that were simply too loud and not fitting for breakfast time. I like Rihanna and Eminem, but I could do without listening "S&M" and "The Real Slim Shady" at 8.30am in the morning :)

Loved it! Located in my favourite area of Trento city, "Le Albere", this bar is a gem which offers many options to satisfy demanding palates. Me and my partner found it while looking for a nice place where to chill and have lunch. It's located next to the Science Museum — such a great combo! I've ordered one Hawaii bowl and a bubble tea while they got the U.S.A. crispy burger (+ a lil' basket of veggie fries included) and homemade iced tea. Later we also asked for a couple of white Belgian tap beers and two special coffees. Everything was very good. Highly recommended! Can't wait to...

The best: the brunch options. Brunch options until 3pm, prices from 17-23€. I choose the one with an avocado 🥑 bagel 🥯 was delicious. Actually is a big brunch for just one person but it's totally ok if you are really hungry and you take your time to eat and drink everything. There were no pancakes alone in the menu but they manage to serve it to my friend. They were yummy 😋. I also saw they that have specialty coffee ☕️ so that's great too.
