Great place, great food! I've been to several restaurants in Trento, and this was by far one of the best, simply because of the food and the staff.

The beers had their own separate menu, which should set the atmosphere up for you right away. Surrounded in the basement (which was the restaurant area) of the place, there were hundreds of empty beer bottles around the walls, and while the ambiance is a little overly laid back for the style of food, and the prices - it was all around a great experience, and I'm glad that I went there.

The food was absolutely out of this world delicious, I had the lasagnetta which was a first for me, but it will definitely not be the last! I also had "Duff" beer, which I have to say was a bit of a let down, but it was still fun to try it.

The pizza also smelled and looked great, so perhaps the next time we find ourselves there we might have some - or just stick to what we know is great! I highly recommend the place to a local or a tourist visiting the city. Well worth the extra euro you might spend since you're in the center of the city, because the food is that good, and the staff...

After the lock down, after their interior working of the restaurant, yesterday we went for the first time. I have to say, they did a great job. The internal decoration is great! feels like you are in Barcelona, with the modern art design, a lot brighter the inside part of the restaurant, and they made the space much bigger, brighter and much fashion with modern design art pictures. Always the UVA MENTA design decorations, they are really artists i have to say! all the staff are very careful of serving you, the menu now is contactless just scan the QR CODE you can see all the colorful completed menu, you can then order...everything is contactless and they really did a great job! both outside and inside, you can stay safely and enjoy the super pizza. Their pizza and their beer are always a warranty for enjoying a nice weekend evening. i just highly reccomended all of you. For the kids, you can always have the interesting paper for coloring. they made all new versions of coloring paper, the mascot of UVA MENTA is always in adventure life! Esperienza PESSIMA al chiosco del mercatino di natale, la commessa è stata antipatica con la mia ragazza rispondendole in malo modo senza alcuna motivazione.

Mi dispiace, non è affatto una recensione “dispetto” come la additta lei. Parto premettendo che lungi da me scrivere recensioni negative, ma l’ho ritenuto necessario in questa situazione. Ci siamo recati ai mercatini con un gruppo di amici, la mia ragazza dopo aver visionato le proposte da voi offerte ha deciso di acquistare un brûlé di vino bianco. Dopo aver assaggiato la bevanda appena acquistata, si rende conto che non è il brulè bianco ma bensì il succo di me al caldo che lei non gradisce. Fino qui nessun problema. Le incomprensioni possono capitare. La mia ragazza, purtroppo, non gradisce la bevanda alla mela quindi a quel punto si è rimessa in fila per farlo presente alla ragazza alla cassa. In un primo momento la ragazza in questione ha affermato che “il brulè bianco è quello alla mela”, la mia ragazza le ha fatto notare come me nel menu di fianco alla cassa fosse presente la voce “brûlé bianco con distillato di pera”. A quel punto la ragazza, immotivatamente alterata, ha versato un bicchiere di una bevanda posta vicino alla cassa (presumo fosse distillato alla pera, ma non avendola informata di quello che stava versando, non ne ho la certezza) all’interno della tazza che la mia ragazza aveva in mano e subito l’ha zittita e cacciata con un sonoro “VIA”. Il tutto è accaduto così velocemente che la mia ragazza non ha avuto neppure il tempo di rendersene conto. A quel punto, sgomenta dall’accaduto e non intenzionata a creare discussioni, la mia ragazza se ne va. Io le posso assicurare, che in quanto persona molto sensibile, è rimasta provata dal gesto e sopratutto dall’esortazione della ragazza alla cassa. Quando si ha a che fare col pubblico il rispetto e l’educazione non devono mai mancare, a maggior ragione se la persona che ti si pone di fronte, si rivolge con educazione e pacatezza. Le persone hanno una sensibilità! Ma questo, è un mio modesto parere. Spero che l’argomentazione sia abbastanza dettagliata....
