Se si va a chiedere un poke takeaway, l’attesa per essere serviti può essere particolarmente lunga, anche se si è soli nel locale, senza alcun altro cliente davanti. A me è capitato così le ultime 2 volte in cui ci sono stato, a distanza di tempo. Ultima volta: arrivo lì e mi viene detto di attendere: l’unica ragazza in servizio prepara poke uno dopo l’altro - non si sa per chi - e io devo aspettare. Dopo 5-6 minuti mi dice “Un minuto e sono da te”: ma ne passeranno molti di più. Nel frattempo arriva un altro lavoratore, passa dietro, torna fuori e va via con uno dei poke preparati per la ragazza, immagino a fare servizio a domicilio: neanche lui dunque si occupa di me. Comprendo che la ragazza sta preparando poke che sono destinati a rider per il delivery (oltre a quello che il collega ha portato via). Lo comprendo quando arriva un rider, lei gli chiede se debba prendere un ordine di tal codice, lui risponde con un altro codice, e lei ride: “Ah, quello devo ancora prepararlo”.
