Acquaefarina — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

Tasty pizza, like a few ones in Trentino. Smiling waiters, nice atmosphere, they somehow managed to have an area for families with small (crying!) children, ask to not end there and you're good. They work on shifts, at 7 pm and 9 pm, so you might be asked to leave before 9. It's a trending pizzeria with anybody going there, and you won't be able to get there without reservation. It's also a bit difficult to just end up at this restaurant or find it by chance, as there are like no directions at all: just put it on google maps and you'll reach an hotel parking, park there, and ask anyone nearby, because you're very close, like 10 meters. Parking is not free, about 6€ for a 2 hours stay, but good thing there is some. Appetizers are just 2 or 3 per portion but beware they are huge! Aside of tasty original pizza I appreciated that they just not only list ingredients, for many of them they also write where exactly they come from. Would you dare? One point I'll leave open: there is not much of a choice of food and on drinks. Should we ask for more choice? Negative comments are often for the fact you have to wait bit too long, but that is a consequence of the fact that so many go to this place because the pizza is that good. For the rest, I would suggest the owner to try being more attentive if there are people like the one who they spilled the beer over, because yes some clients can be a pain in the neck but you should remember they are the most important part of your business.

Merita senza dubbio 5 stelle per l'arroganza e la maleducazione del personale.

Non potendo mangiare latticini, ma apprezzando i menù di pesce, chiedo una 'capricciosa di mare' senza mozzarella. Mi viene risposto che "Qualcosa ci devo mettere sopra", perché senza mozzarella verrebbe troppo croccante. Tralasciando che come cliente dovrei essere nella condizione di decidere da me che cosa e come ordinare un piatto, tanto più una pizza da 18 euro (diciotto), chiedo di far aggiungere del pomodoro, ma a detta loro "con il pomodoro non me la fanno". Sempre più stupito chiedo allora di avere la pizza senza pomodoro, ma senza mozzarella. Puntualmente mi viene portata al tavolo con la mozzarella ed il cameriere, rispondendo alla mia perplessità, mi risponde che "senza mozzarella non la fanno" e me la lascia sul tavolo. Dopo un paio di minuti torna il caposala, ripetendomi che quel tipo di pizze non le possono fare diversamente. Allora, non volendo rovinare la cena a chi con me al tavolo, chiedo se una 'normale' capricciosa col pomodoro, ma senza mozzarella, sono in grado di farmela. Mi viene risposto "Certo, ma ora di quest'altra pizza che ne faccio?"

Infine mi vengono addebitate DUE pizze, oltre che la loro scortesia.

Cari gestori, se per caso steste leggendo queste righe, vi consiglio di scrivere su uno dei vostri antipatici menù (ricchi di epiteti elogiativi che neanche fossimo al ristorante stellato...) che per voi non è consentita la modifica degli ingredienti. O per lo meno, imparate l'educazione.
