Korallo Pizza & Drink — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

It was a long time we wanted to try this pizzeria which we heard a lot of positive comments (and a few disappointed ones) about.. I must said we finally agree with the slighted disappointed ones, maybe also because of the very high expectations because the pizza is not bad, but definitively not exceptional. On the positive side the staff is very friendly and (especially with some pizzas) you can taste good quality of the ingredients, on the negative side the dough was not our favorite, pizzas are a bit pricy and the place is quite noisy. They also offer different kind of dough, so if we happen to eat here again could be worth to try a different dough (whole grain, curcuma...

EXCELLENT. You wait for a table because it is so good,have a beer or a spritz at the bar with the locals who are also quite happily waiting.....for a reason.If your traveling in Trento and looking for where the locals eat,this is it.People leaving bad reviews because they have to wait?..well they should go somewhere they don't have to wait if time is more concerning than quality.Brilliant pizza and great service by staff who are absolutely...

Premetto che non si discute sulla bontà della pizza che personalmente reputo buona. Purtroppo questa sera è intervenuta la sfortuna o la poca esperienza della cameriera. Quando ha servito le bevande, urtando il bicchiere di birra MEDIA, mi ha letteralmente innondato braghe, mezzo busto, scarpe, calzini... Anche la giacca si è bagnata pur essendo sullo schienale della sedia... Tanto per capire lo tsunami... Non ho reagito in malomodo, anzi credo di essermi comportato da signore dicendo alla ragazzina di non preoccuparsi. Mi hanno proposto di cercare un phon per asciugare le braghe, gentili per carità, anzi ringrazio il cameriere che ha cercato una soluzione. Detto questo, mi hanno proposto un dolce offerto per scusarsi, ma capirete che tutto bagnato e raffredolito ho rifiutato gentilmente. Alla cassa mi hanno lasciato fuori dal conto le bevande, 1 radler piccola, un the freddo e una birra media... Sinceramente, visto il "danno" e la mia comprensione mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più come sconto. Pizza buona, birra sicuramente fresca e rinfrescante😂. Ma sinceramente mi sarei aspettato un atteggiamento diverso, se l'attività fosse stata mia, sinceramente non credo che avrei fatto pagare coperto e pizze, per il disguido avrei offerto le pizze sperando che il cliente tornasse...
