Pizzeria da Albert — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

I'm sorry but the pizzas weren't as good as expected in my German point of view. Our hotel service recommended that place and therefore we were super disappointed after we had our first bite. The dough hasn't any taste as well as the tomato sauce of which was way too much on the pizza. In the middle, the dough was soaked and not enjoyable. The buffalo mozzarella was mild and cold. Therefore you barely could taste it on the pizza (besides the one-liter tomato sauce). For us, these two pizzas were very high-priced for that quality. (14€/15€)

However, the restaurant was very well attended. Most Italian. That's why we think that we, Germans, have different expectations of pizza and also a different preferred way of serving it. Maybe Italians love...

A place definitely worth going to when in Trento. Although not many pizzas on the menu, the four main groups (meat, fish, spicy and vegetables) will for sure make you happy. High quality ingredients and their way of making pizza give the special combination you will like for sure. You're not able to reserve the table, but if you need to wait, staff will make you comfortable by bringing you a drink. Drinks are also different: "bio" coke, craft beers, ... Albert and the team: keep up...

Pizzeria che ha avuto un esplosione di prezzi e fin qui visto il periodo ci può anche stare. Ma la qualità della pasta della pizza è improponibile. Devo ammettere che un annetto fa era moooooolto meglio l'impasto. Ci sono due note che devo aggiungere. la prima è che si è abbassata la qualità dell'impasto della pizza in modo tremendo. Non credo che ci andrò piu, capisco aumentare il prezzo ma aumentare il prezzo e diminuire la qualità è inaccettabile. L'impasto oramai è diventato un normale impasto di quelli che fanno le pizzerie di bassa qualità del nord con impasto fino e quindi è inspiegabile pagare una pizza 16 euro in media da loro. Hanno aggiunto anche 2 euro di servizio al tavolo per persona cosa che mi sembra un attimino assurda visto che una pizza costa 16 euro circa arrivando a volte anche a 17. Al servizio qualità prezzo mi sento di dare voto 0. Qualche volta ho preso anche da asporto la pizza, e mi è quasi sempre stata portata già fredda la pizza. Insomma non so voi ma la mia esperienza da loro è stata pessima. Questa recensione la pubblico con molto rammarico in quanto prima quando ci andavo per me era un piacere. Il personale è cordiale e frettoloso ma ci può stare vista la grande affluenza. Quello che credo è che la grande affluenza abbia un po influenzato le sue scelte di puntare un po meno sulla qualità del prodotto. Almeno io lo...
