If you’re looking for a traditional experience of abruzzesse food look no further. This place is incredible and a must see and try. Vincenzo the chef is the real deal. Avendo letto alcune recensioni su questo locale, abbiamo deciso di provarlo. È stata una scelta decisamente azzeccata (e difatti abbiamo bissato la sera successiva). Locale molto bello, curato. Una cantina ben ristrutturata con travi a vista originali e con la sezione enoteca in grotta naturale, davvero bella e ben organizzata, con vasta scelta di vini e distillati, dove è anche possibile acquistare prodotti scelti locali. Nella parte ristorante ci sono vari antipasti particolari, oltre ai tipici taglieri di salumi e formaggi. Tre ottimi primi e ampia scelta di carne che abbiamo provato nella seconda visita; decisamente alto il livello sia qualitativo, che di preparazione. Tra i contorni consigliatissime le patate al forno. Anche i tre dolci in menù sono molto buoni (salame di cioccolato in primis). Ampia scelta di vini, anche di cantine locali.
