i have come back to the new Novecento Restaurant in Ilci/Ripaioli recently reopened in its new and charming location with a beautiful view and a lot of space inside and outside. it was a great experience. Fantastic food as that chef Stefano can cook taking advantage of the larger space in the kitchen. The service was outstanding (this is a real welcome novelty versus the the previous one). The nice location and the nice music in the background created a lovely atmosphere. There is also a large fireplace and possibility to have grilled meat. The food here is on a higher culinary level than the more touristy restaurants within Todi itself, but still good value. The pasta is all homemade and they have an open grill, from which the pork loin and sausages were really delicious. My risotto was creamy, beautifully cooked. The other pasta dishes were elevated by some imaginative flavours and seasonings. There was a specials board too.
