Avis mitigé sur ce restaurant. Nous sommes venus à 4 français, avons attendu 45 mn avant de pouvoir commander ! Le cadre est plutôt sympa et avons finalement pris notre mal en patience avec une excellente bouteille de vin. On nous a ensuite fait comprendre qu il n y avait pas de menu et que le chef était maître de ce qui était servi. Le concept me plaisait bien, il nous a proposé les 2 entrées puis les différentes pièces de viande en stock sans mentionner aucun prix. Les primi piati sont finalement arrivées plutôt vite, c était original mais à notre goût pas réellement maîtrisé, des gnocchis au pruneau étouffe chrétien et des ravioles aux herbes assez peu intéressants. Par la suite, un filet de bœuf nous a été servis, un régal, une des meilleures pièces de bœuf qu on ai jamais goûté. Toutefois, aucun accompagnement ne venait avec, nous avons trouvé cela plutôt étrange ! Enfin un tiramisu du tonnerre et une tarte au fruits rouges un peu moins dingue. Nous avons donc demandé l addition et avons été plutôt surpris par les tarifs prohibitifs de la nourriture, plus de 12 euros pour de toutes petites entrées et 80 euros pour une petite pièces de viande partagée à 4 sans accompagnement. Pour résumer : A faire pour les aficionados de chair fraîche mais attention si vous avez des oursins dans les poches…

It doesn't get better than this. There's no menu. The chef comes to you and talks you through your options. Basically, everything is amazing. I had steak one night and pasta the night after. It's so good. The quality of the food, the wine pairing, all the staff are friendly, attentive and speak English. Amazing! You need a booking. Parking right outside is available. This is the best place. You won't be disappointed!!

This restaurant and the Chef.... supreme. No menu.. we were served cheese and salami that was made in house, the Chef came and sat at our table with a glass of wine and told us what he could prepare. We choose a 3 course homemade Ravioli. It was phenomenal. I honestly never want to eat anywhere else EVER again for the rest of my life. We bought some cheese before we left. SUPREME!!!! 🙌🏾📿💜

This place ist just amazing! Go there! I was not expecting great cuisine or so but the owner aka the Chef surprised us with brilliant home made cheese, sausage and wine. And then he started cooking...regional pasta of its best! There is no menu so you get what’s in the kitchen! Atmosphere was as if you would visit your aunt in Italy...family like, lots of locals sitting at the doorstep, drinking wine, laughing...back in time Lastly I wanted to buy a bottle of this excellent wine but the owner decided on the spot to make it a present 😀 If there were 6 stars,...

An authentic local restaurant, with a distinct vibe. The service is really kind, with the owner who won't avoid to sit down at your table for chitchatting (lovely!). The atmosphere is informal in the best way. The affettati and cheese were a bit "sweaty": they could keep them in a colder area at least in summer. Really good dumplings and cjarsons, while the rib eye steak wasn't great in terms of quality and seasoning (too much pepper), but well cooked. La mia fortuna è stata quella di restare in zona per 2 notti. A pochi passi dal B&B in cui alloggiavamo. Si arriva all'osteria in 20 min. a piedi attraverso la pista ciclabile ke costeggia la strada provinciale. La prima sera (ieri) decidiamo di farci portare gli antipasti (formaggi locali di cui una mezza formetta di caciotta fresca, quante fetta mangiare lo decidi tu, idem x il salame leggermente affumicato, tipico del posto) Fantastici! Poi, a seguire, decidiamo di passare subito ai secondi di carne, la loro specialità. 1,8 kg. di costata di manzo x 2 persone, anke questa spaziale; cottura e tenerezza mai assaggiati prima. Il titolare ke è anke chef, è un personaggio, il menù lo conosce a memoria e si siede al tavolo con te, con un calice di vino, x illustrati tt i piatti della serata e per suggerirti quelli tipici della zona. Servizio celere, personale cortese e attento ai bisogni del tavolo , sempre! Alla cassa vado per pagare, una cifra assolutamente onesta, a quel punto confermo la volontà di prenotare un tavolo x 2 anke per la sera successiva (oggi) per assaggiare solo i primi e così è stato. Abbiamo ripreso l'antipasto ma questa volta senza il salame ke abbiamo fatto sostituire con dei sottaceti, suggerti dalla ragazza addetta al servizio ai tavoli....questi nn erano i soliti monotoni sottaceti ma ortaggi e verdure spontanee del posto...Voi nn potete immaginare ke bontà. Per i primi abbiamo lasciato fare allo chef e il risultato è stato: 3 primi cad. tutte specialità locali, un vero godimento di sapori x il palato....
