One nioght here before returning to UK.||||It was very cheap but we thought they made a mistake by charging us 70E for 2 with half board, but they honoured this.||The room was good, clean and a lovely view.||surrounding area was quite run down.||"Beach" was covered in broken glass and very rocky, sea not very clean and no pool but they were building a swimming platform which should imprpove this.||We ate on the roof terrace with amazing views of Capri and Vesuvius. There was a cheap offer on so it was full and the lift broke down so they were carrying the food up 3 flights of stairs to serve us. Location and hotel would be nice, but the management "Italian way" is definitely a no-go if you are trying to attract tourists. After flying all night and landing in Naples at 5am, we had nowhere to go and had to wait for check in time on the street. When we finally were able to check in and got out key, we walked up to find a dirty room with no bedsheets. We complained to the management and they told us the room was not ready because they were fully booked the night before (how is that my business?). Anyways once the room was actually ready and we were able to take a shower we only managed to miss the bus to the ceremony we were planning to go. Very bad management, we would not...
