La Capannina — Restaurant in Tortolì

Our experience at “la capannina” was absolutely terrible. We arrived at the place at 9:30 and the waitress (the little one with the glasses” was already rude to us by saying that they had to close the kitchen so we needed to be extra fast with ordering our meal. As we were rushed we all decided to go for the set menu as the waitress was really rushing on us and being rude a part from one of our friends which has got some dietary requirements so he went for the sea bream. Once that the sea bream got to the table we noticed that there was still all the interior of the fish in it and we asked for explanations as the guy obviously did not want to eat the stomach of the fish with all the dirt inside of it. The waitress with the glasses being really cocky and rude replied that , that is the way they do things and that the could not do anything to ask the chef to clean the fish on the inside. Overall the rest of the food was good but the waitresses both of them were really extremely unwelcoming and rude and it seemed that they did not want us there. When we got the bill we noticed that the fish (that hasn’t been eaten ) was still being charged to us and they did nothing to apologise or anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone cause honestly it just ruined my beautiful day in Tortoli. I would recommend to the owner to search for better waitresses otherwise clients will never be coming back to...

Terrible experience ruined by the poor professionalism of the owner, food really good but rude and unprofessional staff, even more sad that comes from the management. We had a table of 12, we all ordered the fixed price menu (50€) a part from 1 of us and ordered a whole sea bream. When he received his fish i suddenly realised that it wasn't been clean before cooking, all the interiors where left inside, when we ask how come, the waitres answer back in a very rude and unprofessional way, "here we do this way, than that's not how you clean a fish" point at the fish that my friend that doesn't work in a restaurant Open it. In no case a waiter should disrespect a costumer or make it look like stupid because he doesn't know how to open a fish. Not everyone works in hospitality, and would be better she'd stop because she miss the meaning of the word hospitality. She took the fish back obviously without asking if we would like to have something else instead. At the end they charged for the untouched fish... Very sad for all happened, all could have be sorted if she would have been a bit humble and try to listen her costumer. Beside that food was great, but we will remember this restaurant for cocky and unprofessional behaviour...

Dove assaggiare i sapori di Arbatax giu 2024 • Couples Ristorante nella zona del porto di Arbatax. Dall'esterno non è appariscente, ma all'interno è davvero carino, ed arredato con gusto. Molto invitante soprattutto l'esterno, nelle serate estive. I due ragazzi che arrivano ai tavoli mi hanno colpito per riuscire ad essere seri e simpatici allo stesso tempo. Ma tutto questo fa da contorno ad una cucina davvero eccelsa. Ci siamo stati due sere per provare tutto: la prima sera abbiamo assaggiato l'antipasto della casa (un misto di pesce in varie preparazioni), ed uno di solo polipo; entrambi ci hanno sorpreso per un gusto delicato e saporito insieme; quindi due cicioneddos di pesce che hanno mantenuto la linea degli antipasti. Oltre ad essere eccellenti, queste portate si sono rivelate molto sostanziose, tanto da non poter proseguire oltre, pur essendo curiosi di assaggiare ancora altri piatti. Visto che la prima sera non abbiamo potuto assaggiare i secondi, siamo ritornati per provarli: per poterli gustare al meglio abbiamo preso direttamente una frittura mista ed un'orata al sale (senza passare dagli antipasti) ed ancora una volta le aspettative sono state rispettate: la frittura ricca e delicata, l'orata al sale equilibrata tra il sale e la dolcezza e tenerezza della carne. Infine era doveroso assaggiare il dolce, in particolare le seadas fatte in casa, sorprendenti per croccantezza e con una punta di limone.
