Come suol dirsi: "QUI TROVATE PANE PER I VOSTRI DENTI." Questo forno è unico a Trapani. Pane, dolci, pizzette varie in grande quantità e qualità. Io adoro la " Scaletta " la mangio condita solamente con olio e sale. Quando è caldo è uno sballo !!!

Non mi permetto di giudicare la qualità dei prodotti che tutto sommato possono andar bene. Ma se una volta ero cliente fisso, oggi evito di andarci per causa del personale... Di una lentezza senza precendenti. In due per servire 6 clienti ci hanno messo ben 18 minuti, il che significa una media di 6 minuti a clienti. Peccato, perché ho visto...
