Sunset’s Pam Pam — Restaurant in Trappeto

I visited this restaurant about a year ago with my friends when it used to be called Pam Pam only, Upon arriving, there were three young people standing at the entrance wearing very casual clothes—Adidas pants and some t-shirts. We stood there waiting for waiters next to them, only to find out after a few minutes that they were the waiters. We were seated in the outside section by the sea and waited a long time for service. After ordering several dishes and drinks, we waited for them. The first waiter got the order wrong, so they sent a second waiter to confirm, and later on, we had three waiters rotating to our table for some reason instead of just one. We ordered an Aperol Spritz, which should be a very easy drink to make, but we received a tasteless one. Additionally, we ordered calamari rings that were chewy and tasteless. However, the most frustrating part was ordering a pizza called 'Buratta' and receiving it without buratta. When we informed the waiter about it, he told us that it comes like this. We showed him the menu, which clearly stated that the pizza comes with buratta since it's named 'Buratta.' After a few minutes of arguing, the waiter apologized and took the pizza to the kitchen, only to return with mozzarella cheese on it, trying to convince us it was buratta.

After finishing our meal, we asked for the bill and, upon careful checking, discovered that additional drinks were added to the bill for some reason. After explaining for 10 minutes, we managed to speak to the owner, who apologized since indeed the additional drinks were not ordered.

In summary, it was one of the worst services I have ever encountered. I wouldn't recommend anybody...

Nice pizzeria! This is the only pizzeria near trappeto that is really worth it. The prices are fair, the food is good and service is good aswell,only their English isn’t the best...
