Trés Ristorante — Restaurant in Trezzo Tinella

Absolutely outstanding culinary experience with a lovely host. This is not our first time in Pièmont and we tried many very good restaurants in the region but Très is now by far our favorite. All dishes were amazing it's a beautiful mix of traditional homy cuisine and fine gastronomy. Will definitely become a classic for us. It should be mentioned that it is child friendly which is not to be taken for granted...

This restaurant is so super amazing. It is so truly authentic, they just live the food and wine and are superfriendly and kind and still absolutely not pushy. I love it very much and can fully recommend it from heart! They have a nice little menu (keep that size!) and the selection is great. Pranzo tra amici, 10 persone. Il meteo è stato infausto per tutto il tempo, ma ci hanno sistemato in una parte del ristorante praticamente tutta per noi, ad un bellissimo tavolo quadrato. Personale, dall’accoglienza al servizio, davvero da 5 stelle. Il menu è ricco, con proposte di mare, di terra e vegetariane. I classici piemontesi (alcuni magistralmente rivistati) sono davvero ottimi. La Chef Giampiccolo sa il fatto suo e lo Staff alle sue spalle è sicuramente all’altezza. I piatti sono stati serviti contemporaneamente per tutti i commensali, segno che in cucina l’organizzazione e il tempismo funzionano molto bene. Unica nota negativa, le porzioni sono davvero risicate, al limite direi. Tutto sommato voto molto positivo, i sapori (ed era questo che importava) facevano sognare.

Plus: la carta dei vini è ampia e la scelta ardua, ma il loro Nebbiolo si beve molto bene e il Moscato del Sindaco è davvero...
