Mullo' restaurant, nestled in the heart of a park near the town of Triei, exceeded all our expectations during our recent visit. After being recommended by a friend, my wife and I decided to try it out, and we were truly delighted with the experience.

To start our culinary journey, we shared the scallops with potato purée, and it was a heavenly delight. The scallops were perfectly cooked, tender, and complemented wonderfully by the creamy and flavorful potato purée.

For our main courses, my wife opted for the butcher's cut beef, and she was absolutely thrilled with her choice. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and the accompanying sides were thoughtfully crafted to enhance the flavors of the dish.

I, on the other hand, decided to indulge in the pizza topped with Prosciutto Crudo from a nearby town. And let me tell you, it was a pizza like no other. The combination of the crispy crust, high-quality prosciutto, and other fresh ingredients made each bite a true sensation. I couldn't get enough of it!

The ambiance of Mullo' restaurant was charming and welcoming, providing the perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience. The staff was attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal, making us feel valued as guests.

Overall, Mullo' restaurant delivered on all fronts, from its delectable food to its warm and inviting atmosphere. It's a hidden gem in the midst of nature, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience near Triei. We can't wait to return and explore more of their...

My husband celebrated his birthday here. Making a booking was very easy because you can do it online. I asked for a table by the tree with a nice view of the mountains and they did accomodate. The waiters speak English. The menu wasn't extensive but they had good options. I ended up ordering starters from their snacks menu. And let me tell you, I do not eat aubergine but the aubergine chips were addicting. The texture is bizzare since it crumbles but the flavour is new and refreshing with the sweet glaze drizzled on top. We also had the goat croquette which was very tender and packs a flavour. Remember, we found these item in the snacks part, not starters. I couldn't order the scallops because I am avoiding shellfish while pregnant. But I heard they are the best seller. For mains, I had the quail and it was perfectly seasoned like black pepper. The presentation was cute since it looked like it was crossing its leg. My husband got the beef and he said it was decent. We ordered quite a few sides, the whole sweet potato was good but I think was a bit salty for my taste. The roasted root vegetables also had a nice flavour but slightly salty for me- my husband thinks its okay. The place is very romantic, but I recommend to make a booking to get the mountainside table. Perfect place for a sunset dinner date. The only thing missing was the music. They were playing english pop music- not romantic at all. Maybe some romantic italian music would've done the trick. There is plenty of parking at the mullo park car park and its for free. Definitely a place to visit for a date...

I found this place by chance on Google Maps — it had great reviews and beautiful photos of the surroundings, so I asked my group if they wanted to check it out. We’re so happy we did!

The restaurant is out in the countryside, kind of in the middle of nowhere, but totally worth the drive. It’s newly renovated with cozy lighting and stylish decor that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere was super welcoming, and the service was honestly the best we’ve had since arriving in Sardinia.

Gloria and Eduardo took such good care of us — they spoke great English, made thoughtful recommendations, and were attentive the whole evening.

We shared a bunch of different dishes, had the house wine, and desserts for incredibly favorable prices. The dishes were very flavorable, leaving us curious for the next dish. So we just kept ordering more! The tiramisu was creamy and full of flavor. The crumb cake wasn’t bad, but it could’ve used a crunchier texture, maybe with a bit of maple syrup or extra sugar for consistency. Still, everything overall was absolutely delicious and totally worth our 30 min drive there.

It was one of those nights you know you’ll remember — amazing food, great service, beautiful surroundings. This place left me with such a warm and lasting memory....

Best dinner we’ve had in Sardinia!! Booked a table at the restaurant after reading so many positive reviews and I would say that it didn’t disappoint in the slightest. The journey to get there was certainly an experience to never forget as the directions took us through the narrowest roads and jungle-like fields - which added to the overall experience. The restaurant itself was well designed amongst the greenery and the decor matched. We arrived as it was still a bit light outside but as it got darker the fairy lights aided in giving a romantic experience. We enjoyed the music as it brought us familiarity but was not so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation. The food was the STAR of the show. To those that are lucky to go, I would seriously recommend the scallops in garlic as it was sensational. The mains did not disappoint after the magical experience of the scallops. We personally had the pork neck and sea bream ravioli - which we would recommend. The meal was topped off by an Amstel beer and one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had - lychee martini (a must get) We found the overall price reasonable for the experience and quality of food. You wouldn’t regret a once in a lifetime meal here.

This restaurant hits all the right spots – from the stunning views and inviting atmosphere to the incredible food, it was an amazing experience! The service was equally exceptional. The food truly exceeded my expectations. I was getting tired of the typical touristy spots serving only pizza and pasta, and honestly, the pizza in Sardinia, Italy was a bit of a disappointment for me – maybe because where I’m from, we’ve really perfected it. But this place completely changed the game. It was more than just a late-night dinner; it was a true experience of Sardinian cuisine. We asked the staff for recommendations, and they didn’t disappoint. They guided us through traditional dishes and local specialties, helping us discover the best of what Sardinia has to offer. A special shoutout to Eduardo and Gloria, who took such great care of us throughout the evening. You were both incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Thank you so much, on behalf of my friends and me!
