Enosteria Lipen — Restaurant in Triuggio

This place was recommended by a dear friend of ours, Gianluca the artista. I love this place. This is a place that I would call a contemporary pizza restaurant. For example, the "3D Margherita" is a combination of 3 different small pizzas with three different tomatoes and three different mozzarellas in "1 pizza". Italians are very protective of their Italian food, but this place somehow manages to successfully create something new that is still within the Italian definition of a pizza. You can see the pizza being made in the viewable kitchen as you open the door of the restaurant. Staff is really nice and helpful. There are a few parking areas for this restaurant: a small dedicated parking in front of the restaurant, along the side of the road in front of the restaurant and a parking area Via Leonardo da Vinci near the restaurant as seen in the attached picture. The place is really nice with good decoration, open kitchen and great atmosphere. The waitress was nice. The pizza was good, but we were expecting something better, because we had heard very good reviews about the pizza. And at the end the pizza was juts average, and we didn't love the fact that some of the tomatoes were sweet. Particularly be careful if you order the margherita 3D, it is mainly 3 small pizza without the tomatoe sauce, so on each pizza there is a different combination of chesses and cherry tomatoes, we weren't expecting this, maybe it would be better to include photos the menú. Non sono il tipo che fa recensioni e non mi interessa neanche farle ma in questo caso mi sento proprio in dovere: mi fermo in questa pizzeria x caso posto accogliente e personale molto gentile. Chiedo semplicemente l’aggiunta di un ingrediente su una pizza inizialmente la ragazza mi dice che non è possibile ma che avrebbe chiesto. Tornando confermiamo l’ordine di una pizza 4 formaggi con aggiunta di salame piccante, una pizza che io mangio regolarmente in tutte le pizzerie “standard” o più moderne tipo questa. Dopo pochi minuti si presenta al tavolo (io ero con mia moglie e mio figlio di 3anni) un signore e con tono arrogante ed appoggiandosi al tavolo mi dice: “che problemi avete con le nostre pizze?” gli spiego brevemente che è una pizza che prendo sempre e mi piace e mi sento attaccato dicendo che non è assolutamente un abbinamento corretto e quindi mi intima di cambiare gusto di pizza o di togliere l’aggiunta. Basito da ciò rimango davvero sconcertato da questa scena ed ordino semplicemente una pizza margherita. Non ho lasciato il ristorante solo perché c’era mio figlio piccolo e qualcosa doveva pur mangiare. Nel complesso pizza buona, personale gentile ma forse penso si possa prendere spunto per migliorare, capisco l’impronta del locale ma penso che qualche richiesta del cliente si può semplicemente esaudire senza grosse scenate. Grazie della risposta confermo quanto scritto, è stata omessa la richiesta della pizza per mio figlio perché irrilevante e comprensibile l’impossibilità di eseguire una pizza a metà al contrario invece di aggiungere 2/3 fette di salame su una pizza. Torneró per una seconda occasione e a questo punto mi farò consigliare direttamente da Lei vista la così vasta esperienza nel settore che in ogni caso non dà il diritto di aggredire le persone e se proprio deve spiegare e motivare le proprie scelte che questo sia fatto con modi gentili e vedrà che così facendo anche dall’altra parte troverà porta...
