Nederlands /English 'Klein maar fijn' is hier zeker van toepassing. 5 tafeltjes binnen en een leuk overdekt terras, hoewel ze tegenwoordig ook een terrasje in een hoek van het Piazza Garibaldi in hebben gericht, met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. De kaart is klein met vooral lokale gerechten en dus veel vis, maar ook vegetarisch en een filetto di manzo alla grilla ontbreken niet, maar heel speciaal bereid. Voorbeeld: carpaccio di salmone con mela 🍏! Verrassend lekkere combinatie, fris smakelijk. Vraag de bediening naar een passende wijn: wij kregen een heerlijke frisse maar volle fruitige rosato van Fiorda (uiteraard uit Umbrië, van cabernet, 4 maanden op eikenhout) geserveerd. Ook in 2022 smaakt dezelfde wijn, nu jaargang 2021, weer heerlijk. Fris maar toch veel smaak.

Locale situato nel centro del piccolo borgo di Tuoro sul Lago Trasimeno. L' osteria prende il nome dalla bellissima pergola fiorita che caratterizza gli spazi esterni. Alcuni tavoli sono collocati anche sulla terrazza panoramica dalla quale si scorge il suggestivo skyline lagunare. Il menù propone piatti tipici della zona, dal pesce di lago, alla fagiolina, dalla carne di cinta senese al tartufo. Consigliatissimo è l'antipasto "La pergola", che vi darà modo di assaporare più prelibatezze: salumi, crostini, mozzarelle, verdure ecc... Deliziosi i primi, porzioni abbondanti, i Pici ai sapori del lago vi accenderanno le papille gustative! Le materie prime sono di ottima qualità, la pasta è fatta in casa così come i dolci. La carne viene fornita direttamente dalla macelleria del paese, consiglio di provare la tagliata! Passiamo ora alla questione intolleranze! Il locale ha la certificazione AIC e propone una vasta scelta di piatti, dagli antipasti, ai primi, fino ad arrivare ai dolci... la torta morbida al cioccolato fatta in casa è qualcosa di strepitoso!
