Hotel Paola — Restaurant in U Pàize/Carloforte

This is a beautiful hotel run by an authentic Sardinian family with a gorgeous sea view in the little town of Carloforte. They welcomed us as if we were part of the family, with love, joy and good food. Pietro, Paola and Vitoria are the best hosts you can have. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, very clean and have a modern bathroom. The service is perfect and besides the hotel there is also a restaurant on the ground floor. In the restaurant we tried the best food on the island. The whole experience is without comparison! I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Questo è un bellissimo hotel gestito da un'autentica famiglia sarda con una bellissima vista sul mare nel piccolo paese di Carloforte. Ci hanno accolto come se fossimo parte della famiglia, con amore, gioia e ottimo cibo. Pietro, Paola e Vitoria sono i migliori anfitrioni che si possano avere. Le camere sono climatizzate, molto pulite e dotate di un bagno moderno. Il servizio è perfetto e oltre all'hotel c'è anche un ristorante al piano terra. Nel ristorante abbiamo provato il miglior cibo dell'isola. L'intera esperienza è impareggiabile! Lo consiglio vivamente e spero di tornarci presto.

Dies ist ein wunderschönes, von einer authentischen sardischen Familie geführtes Hotel mit herrlichem Meerblick in der kleinen Stadt Carloforte. Sie empfingen uns, als wären wir Teil der Familie, mit Liebe, Freude und gutem Essen. Pietro, Paola und Vitoria sind die besten Gastgeber, die man haben kann. Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert, sehr sauber und haben ein modernes Bad. Der Service ist perfekt und neben dem Hotel gibt es auch ein Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. In diesem Restaurant haben wir das beste Essen der Insel probiert. Das ganze Erlebnis ist unvergleichlich! Ich kann es nur empfehlen und hoffe, bald wiederzukommen.

Este é um lindo hotel administrado por uma autêntica família sarda com uma linda vista do mar na cidadezinha de Carloforte. Eles nos receberam como se fôssemos parte da família, com amor, alegria e boa comida. Pietro, Paola e Vitória são os melhores anfitriões que se pode ter. Os quartos são climatizados, limpíssimos e têm um banheiro moderno. O serviço é perfeito e além do hotel há também um restaurante no terréo. No restaurante experimentamos a melhor comida da ilha. I spent 6 nights at Hotel Paola while attending a yoga retreat there. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and the views are sensational. We practiced yoga outside in a covered pavilion facing the sea and the rising sun. Vittoria, Paola, and Pietro made me feel like one of their family! They took me into their kitchen and showed me how to make some of the traditional foods of the region. I can't say enough about this family and the way they run the hotel, and how they treat their guests! Every meal was freshly made, and prepared with love. They made me special vegan dishes to accommodate my diet. I Loved every minute there. My room was very clean and comfortable, and I had a terrace overlooking the gardens and the sea.
