We had to wait for our pizzas for 55 minutes. One of us ordered pasta that came out quickly but we others had to wait 55 minutes before we got food. We had to ask the staff 2 times and wondered if they forgot about us but got no good answer. Once the pizzas arrived, we got no excuse or explanation for why it took so long. When we were going to pay we said that we were unhappy that we had to wait so long and then we got a noisy answer: huh? There were a lot of take away orders ... We didn't see any who came and picked up any pizza during the time we sat there. We said we would appreciate a deduction on the price but she was completely silent and just pointed to the bill ......

We had to wait 55 minutes before we got the pizzas to the table, when we would then pay we said it took a little longer than expected and if we could get some kind of compensation.
