We came here for lunch after enjoying the hot springs for the morning. We ended up splitting a prosciutto sandwich with the pecorino fresco cheese and a glass of the house white wine on their gorgeous and spacious patio area. It is obvious from when you first walk into this shop they are using high end quality meats and cheeses and the sandwich was truly one to remember. The pecorino fresco is honestly something I will be dreaming of, it really took the sandwich to the next level. If you are in the Bagno Vignoni area I would highly recommend this bottega!!

Arrived a bit late just before closing time but the staff was friendly enough to let me and my partner order some ham and cheese platter so that was very nice and friendly of them. Great selection of pecorino cheeses and different hams such as finocchiona and prosciutto crudo and so on, great pickled vegetables and good wines all for a fair price. The staff was super friendly and even offered us some extra bread slices with fresh tomatoes and different oiles to try! :) We enjoyed our meal sitting on one table in the town square. Will come back again.

I ordered a pecorini sandwhich. Got 2 thick slices of bread with just cheese, nothing else. Not even a plate to eat from. Apperently this is normal here. The hard dried out side was still on the cheese and I expected some more items and creativity in the sandwich. Went back and shared it was too dry. I received the option to add oil or vegetable. I choose oiled aubergine which was great! They didnt charge extra. Would have given 1-2 stars but this is good service so 3 stars.

Great place for a taste of Tuscany, you choose whatever you want from the counter... cheeses, salamis, prosciutto, pickles etc. there are put on plates and you pay by weight. This is served with a generous helping of bread. Add wine or beer and water and you are in a Foodies heaven. The ladies serving you are really great and you only need to point if you struggle with the language. Once you have your food, carry it outside into the garden and relax.

No visit to Bagno Vignioni without "La Bottega Di Cacio"! We have been here before and this time we were lucky as it was not busy and we could order straight away. There is an excellent selection of salami, prosciutto and local cheese specialities. Add a glass of sparkling rosé and the day is complete. The staff are friendly and it was great that they made us feel welcome with our dog. We will be back, see you soon!
