First we had to give our table to a family. We were 2, they were 3, the place was more or less empty but our first table had a better location. After that I did not get my order just my boyfriend and they did not realise it. The arrived order’s quality was unaccaptable (dry bread and withered greens). When the young waiter took away my empty plate I told him I liked to get my order. His answer was: OK…This place is not that were last years…I suggest to find another restorante. This was our first not accetable service in Italy during our 2 weeks, 3500km long italian tour.

And your answer below is "slightly" racist. This only strengthens our opinion and qualifies you. I believe that the table was occupied, but you didn't care at all that we didn't understand what you were saying, you weren't helpful. There was no reserved board on the table that would help you and the guests. I also believe that you buy fresh bread every day but bake it dry in the oven. You didn't respond to why I didn't receive my order and I was sitting next to the empty plate and when I told the waiter that I was waiting, he said OK and left. After that, I don't know who would give more than one star... I suggest that after shopping tomorrow, you open an English and an etiquette textbook (don't worry, you can easily start with something for elementary school students) because as a host, lacking these competencies (in 2024, next to a tourist center ) will not be the last...

I like this restaurant a lot, the foods are delicious, the atmosphere is cute, the price is reasonable, David and Alexandra are welcoming and warm in service, and they open almost whole day, so I eat all my meals here while I stay in Bagni San Filippo, it’s like my family restaurant. After soak in the peaceful hot spring, I feel relaxed, happy and hungry. I like their lasagna, beef stew, and especially stinco di suino ( pork shank ) it’s so tender and tasty with vegetables salad, then drink a glass of rose wine...

For 5 days in Tuscany, we have visited many wonderful places, we have eaten delicious dishes, but what the owner served exceeded our expectations. The owner is a dream come true, this is exactly how we imagined meeting with Italian hospitality. The sandwiches are the best we have eaten in Tuscany so far. At the end the owner treated us to delicious Limoncello and turned out to be the best photographer ever. we will definitely...
