One of the strangest meals I've had on my trip to Italy.

We booked a table but weren't seated for 10 minutes, while other tables with no bookings were. Consequently, we awkwardly stood around in the entrance for a while. The menus had multiple languages in which made it easy to understand but the pictures really throw you off. Each table was given a bag of bread which was really dry and almost tasted stale. Really strange.

Our food arrived at different times but the portions were generous and it tasted pretty good. We had sachets of parmesan but unfortunately were not offered any black pepper. I would recommend you share any of the "first course" pasta dishes between two people because the platefuls were massive! The dessert was well valued.

Unfortunately, the service was a little off-putting during our meal as our waitress wasn't too polite. Perhaps they aren't keen on tourists? As we went to pay for the meal inside as instructed, we were ignored for about 10-15 minutes standing around and ignored by every staff member. Even when we asked we were not catered to. Unfortunately this really ruined our experience here.

A generous 3 stars for the good tasting food but I wouldn't recommend this place for tourists for dinner. Come here for lunch as the food service...

Usually I avoid giving bad reviews but I cannot forgive myself for eating here. It's what they call a traditional tuscany cuisine. It was our eight day on the road, we've received recommendation to eat at this place. As many restaurants in Italy they feel that it's not feasible to work during the day so they open at 7pm. It's ok because we expected that. What we did not expect is the lack of comfort in the restaurant and the semi confused and nervous staff. The food was very bad with appearance and portion size. There is no normative for any of the meal that we ordered, soups were oversized and bad in taste and appearance and the main courses were oversized in the cheap ingredients and undersized in the meat section. There are some pictures of the meals but unfortunatelly we don't have more since we rushed out. I have had mixed grill with 50grams of meat on each bone and my girlfriend had two kilos of gnocchi in some nonexisting asparagus. Good luck with other guests that like waiter slamming the doors all...

Terrible service and meah food.

We did not enjoy our meal here. We were outside and there was a big mess around. Random chairs, a lot of cigarettes butts thrown at the entrance.

The food was meah. They did not bring any cutlery and they brought the first and second course.

The tagliatta was without any parmesan or any salt. There was not salt or pepper or any table. When we asked for the cutlery they literary thrown them on the table and left.

They brought our food to another table and that happened a few times to others while we were there.

A lot of people where coming in and there were no seats so they were hanging out near our table and they were just ignored.

When we decided to pay, I had to go to the bar where they had no clue what we ordered. They were asking me what we ate and what wine we bought, so they had to go to the table and check the leftovers as I do not know Italian.

I do not know how this place has so many good reviews, it’s a...

All'interno tutto pieno.

Terrace was busy, so we got a table inside. Very uncomfortable light, a lot of noise with yelling waiters, they don't even say thank you after ordering or something like that. Also there was a piece of packing material in the food. When I said that to one of the waiters, he raised his hands and walked away. I mean that can happen, but not even a sorry? This place is very unfriendly for non-speaking Italians/tourists in my opinion, never again.
