As said in other reviews, the rooms are good and clean, and the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is extended continental, meeting the usual need of a traveler. The rooms are on the smaller side, but offer comfortable beds, and they are quite despite the location of the hotel next to a relatively busy street.||||The restaurant is fantastic, recognized by locals as well for its food. While to restaurant is known for its excellent pizza by the locals, visitors from foreign countries should go beyond that option. Ask your waiter for recommendations - you will not be disappointed! We started with a nice plate of serano ham, followed by a split serving of gnocchi and risotti with balsamic vinegar. A Florence steak that we shared was the "secondi platti" ...Wonderful! The wine list is very affordable, yet with some good local bottles - again, ask for recommendations! We loved it there, and I will be back there next time business brings me...
Read moreWhat an incredible time we had during our visits to the touring restaurant. The food is everything we wanted from an authentic Italian meal. We had many meals and most notably is the chefs tasting which was 4-5 plates, composing of an incredible variety of seafood and pasta. Absolutely every dish was perfect and somehow continued to get better with each dish! The tuna tartar was perfect, the calamari so tender and the pasta served inside of the bread was so unique. The seafood pasta dish was our favorite. Another time we had the Parmesan risotto with balsamic which was another incredible dish. So so so good. And the service topped the food. So welcoming and hospitable, we felt like part of the family there :). Easily the best food we had on our Italian trip, thank...

I also had one of their desserts, which was as delicious as...
