Immersed into a tiny but extremely cared village, this place offers the whole Tradizione Emiliana roaming from tortellini in brodo to desserts with wild red fruits picked up the day before, specializing in mushrooms and truffle (in season only, another hint of seriousness). Completely outside from touristic trap-kind restaurants, the place is medium to big, but the same service was quick and on point. You can sense the tradition inside thanks to the kind lady which served us, but also, the other waiter was extremely kind and helpful allowing us to be free to choose any way we wanted even if not exactly specified in the menu. We had a room for four, which was huge, clean, and welcoming, with balconies and en-suite. There's a magnificent terrace, for all the guests, with jacuzzi and sauna, where you can look out onto the snow capped Mt. CImone. Magical after a day spent out in the snow.||||Vesale is tiny - there's a pretty church, a couple of houses, and the Locanda - which adds to the charm.
