Dopo diverso tempo che esiste questo posto, quest'anno il locale ha subito un restyling di tutto punto. Fortunatamente solo nell'estetica e non nella gestione. La signora che solitamente gestisce le chiamate per gli asporti e i conti è la colonna portante del locale. Sono anni che la vedo districarsi tra asporti, gestione cassa, conti e cucina con un' agilità da primato. Il sorriso sempre stampato in bocca e pazienza a livelli infiniti, davvero da Oscar. In caso di difficoltà ha sempre reagito in maniera proattiva, ma soprattutto ascoltando la vera esigenza del cliente. Sicuramente un esempio per tanti. Combattere con il pubblico non è facile, in nessun settore. In questo ristorante ho trovato in primis, l'attenzione verso il cliente. Sempre! Vado a colpo sicuro. In tanti anni che frequento questo locale, posso dire con orgoglio che è il migliore di tutto il paese, dove puoi davvero assaggiare la pizza napoletana, verace, fatta ad hoc. La pizza è sicuramente il loro fiore all'occhiello, ma anche il pesce e in generale la ristorazione è più che che soddisfacente. Ieri, abbiamo preso una pizza salamino piccante e una frittura di pesce, due birre, una pastiera e un sorbetto. Servizio preciso, veloce, cordiale e affidabile. Rapporto qualità prezzo: ottimo. Sicuramente il mio riferimento su Castelfranco Emilia e anche nei paesi limitrofi, fin dove arrivano con l'asporto. Se si può, preferisco chiamare loro. Lo stra consiglio.

Outstanding! This is a very special place and quite near The Pagani factory Museum. It is family owned and you can taste it in every bite. The pizza is delicious the seafood pasta is out of this world and the desserts are a combination of made in house and some shipped in from Positano. Provata ieri sera dopo averne sentito parlare benissimo. Siamo partiti con un'attesa di 30/35 minuti per la pizza anche se il ristorante non era per nulla pieno. Purtroppo noi siamo rimasti delusi, la pizza alla vista si presenta molto bene ma quando si arriva alla masticazione risulta "pastosa", per nulla croccante, inoltre una delle due pizze "mascarpone e speck" è stata infornata con gli ingredienti e pertanto il mascarpone aveva perso sapore e lo speck era super salato (immagino che sia stata infornata con speck e mascarpone solo gli ultimi 30 secondi o almeno lo spero), l'altra pizza era crema di zucca, salame piccante, porcini saltati in padella e chips di parmigiano, a parte l'impasto della pizza e la chips che anche lei non era croccante per niente gli altri ingredienti so legavano bene. In compenso il dolce, la delizia al limone era squisito. Il servizio è stato ottimo, il proprietario è una persona molto simpatica.
