The food and location are huge advantages of this restaurant. However, service needs major improvements and changes. There is nothing worse than good food, location and terrible service. Our waitress rolled her eyes whenever we asked any question, she even suggested that she will leave her piece of paper on the table so we write our order of the whole group.

Other waiter gave up the whole order when he didn’t understand one of our English-speaking friend.

We didn’t get any bread as other tables, and the food was almost thrown at our table in a huge rush. We were coming back to this restaurant every year with a group of friends but this was the last time. In Poland we have amazing restaurants and the service is top level (at least people are polite and patient).

You guys need to understand that this experience was terrible due to your staff. Good luck, your food and...

My last visit was very disappointing. We were there in a larger group and were served very badly. The food was good, although the portions were quite small. Unfortunately the waiters were very ignorant and took our order several times, which in the end was still not processed properly because we did not get all the dishes. Location is very nice what is an advantage but this is not a place I would return to and recommend.

Edit (after restaurant response): We made a reservation, so the restaurant had time to prepare for a group of this size. While the menu was in English, the staff were not prepared to communicate in English. All of us speak English at an advanced level, so the restaurant's response seems quite inappropriate under the...

There are 2 roads to get there and we discovered this on our way back… The raid we took to get there was given by our GPS. Beware campervan riders… this is a steep and winding road, and no place to turn around. It was dark and eventually we got to the top of the hill, on a small piazza, with a few houses, a church and a restaurant… Believe me, it is worth it!! Great welcome, incredible food and wine. We stayed there as we didn’t dare take that same road down in the dark and in the morning we enjoyed a fantastic view. This is when we discovered the other road down, much easier to ride… An incredible place to eat!!

I have never seen/received such unprofessional service. One waitress abandoned us in the middle of our appetizers ordering, second one told us to write down everything that we want to order and give note to her (!). Staff was visibly annoyed by the fact that they have to do their job. When food finally arrived, it was basically thrown at us, and we’d have to pass right plate to right person. Food was ok, view is amazing but honestly - totally not worth it. Do not recommend it.

This restaurant is truly worth the drive up into the mountains. A gravel covered courtyard, nestled between a church and the ristorante is the setting for your meal of handmade pasta and local wines. We highly recommend that you arrive early for an evening meal to get a table with views across the mountains, valleys and out towards the mediterranean. The staff are great and allow you to enjoy the setting sun and the higher altitude offers a cooler environment.
