I had a layover in Milan and opted to stay here based on what people said about the restaurant. The room was basic but had everything I needed. Oddly enough, the room had the most comfortable pillow ever. The restaurant opened at 7 pm and I was greeted by the nicest girl, I believe Noamy. She was so lovely and walked me through the menu which was all in Italian. The veal tartar might have been one of the top appetizers I’ve had in my life. Wine was between 3-6 euros and all of them were delicious. Everything that came was so good I cooks not stop ordering more. During dinner, the girls made my taxi reservation for the following morning. Since it was so early, they had the kitchen make a breakfast for me to take to my room. Here is the best part as far as customer service goes. It was such a charming base camp with the most kind and welcoming hostess, who will help you with anything, even though the language barrier can be high. The breakfast was quite simple when compared to hotels, but during the evenings the restaurant offered very tasty local food. There's a river for swimming just outside the gates and it also offers a nice rapid to float on.||||The nights can offer slight problems: with +30 degrees Celcius outside the rooms are very hot. There's a ceiling fan, but we didn't dare to have it on during the nights to avoid catching a flu. Also there's a mentally unstable rooster living in the next yard and he can crow any time of the day or night, possibly even have a duet with a barking dog.||||For longer stays you will also need a car, since there's not much to do within a walking distance. There is a car rental place just a few kilometers from the B&B, but you'll need a ride there (or either have a quite long or a dangerous walk there).||||With those things in mind this is truly a charming...
