We have seen the good and bad reviews and in a desperate need for a nice place to eat we took a chance. It truly is a nice place to eat. You will see a nice interior with a beautiful view over the lake. Though we also saw a restaurant that can use some better management to get in control. We came in late without reservation, but got our food very quickly. That was nice, but after that we experienced a major lack of communication. Most of it came from our end. For example when we had to request the dessert menu, we timed 15+ minutes until we changed our minds and stood up to just pay for the bill. Prices are not the cheapest, but not too high. The food was excellent and nicely presented. Also, the ventilation is nice. On a regular basis you feel the air flowing when the many waiters are walking nervously by your table. This restaurant is busier trying to survive than politely serving their customers from their overflow. I wouldn’t come again, but if there’s is absolutely no other restaurant available, this one at least does the job. Sort of.

Food were yummy, first time in my life to get a beef Tatar without bread 🤣 Steaks and BBQ chicken were great. The Pasta also a good choice. The lake mixed is recommended for the fish lover. Their fried also good. Coconut Panna cotta is so so, Tiramisu is way much better. Nice view, big parking space, can also access with the boat. They accept both cash and credit card.

Abbiamo preso antipasti e primi, il pesce se assaggiato singolarmente era davvero buono, ma si perdeva nei primi a cui mancava una spinta in più (tagliolini ai gamberi e spaghetto alle vongole). Antipasti nulla da dire DETTAGLI: ecco alcune cose da migliorare per rendere una location bella e dal buon potenziale più apprezzabile: - attenzione al menù: se mi scrivete tagliolini e spaghettone quadrato, questi sono i formati di pasta che mi aspetto di trovare nel piatto. Non uno spaghetto normale e una cosa che di certo tagliolino non è. - servizio: ho chiesto un calice di vino extra alla cameriera che ha risposto di dover chiedere ad uno degli uomini in servizio e non a lei. Capisco la divisione dei compiti, ma piuttosto che sia la cameriera a mandare al tavolo chi di competenza (carina la cameriera ad essersi poi scusata per la gaffe) - esterno: a cena finita è servito il flash del telefono per arrivare alla macchina... un lampione ad illuminare il camminamento sarebbe cosa gradita - conto: ci è stato presentato lo scontrino di un altro tavolo per errore, quindi controllate che stiate effettivamente pagando la vostra consumazione. - sala: un pochino di cura in più nella pulizia dei convettori molto impolverati e delle ragnatele vicino alle luci. PREZZO 117€ 2 antipasti, 2 primi, 2 calici di vino, 1 dessert

Liebe Gäste und noch kommende Gäste

Das Restaurant besuchen wir seit vielen Jahren. Immer mit unserem Boot, - damals war es unser Lieblings - Restaurant am See. Anfänglich war es sehr gut. Das Personal war ok, nicht sehr freundlich, dass Essen aber sehr gut und auch dazu passend tolle italienische Weine und Preise.

Seit ein paar Jahren verschlechterte sich das Personal insbesondere auch der Chef. Hauptproblem man wird nicht beachtet.

Aber wir hatten uns immer sehr gefreut auf das gute Essen. In den letzten drei Jahren sind die Preise deutlich auf fast Schweizer Niveau angestiegen. Der Service ist nun aber mittlerweile miserabel. Man wartet und wartet bis man einen Platz bekommt und steht dort wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt, obwohl das Restaurant praktisch leer ist. Man findet keine Beachtung. Dann wird man vertröstet bei schönstem Sommerwetter innen zu essen da innen der Tisch gerade parat wäre und aussen müsste man den Tisch noch rasch neu aufdecken.

Mit wiederholtem nachfragen nach ca. 20 Minuten vor dem Eingang stehend fragen wir erneut. Das Personal hat uns daraufhin mit nicht schönen Worten (welche wir mit Schulkenntnissen verstanden haben) zum Tisch geführt. Aber vorher musste noch den Tisch geputzt werden und noch zwei Tischläufer angebracht werden. Dann nach 30 Minuten waren wir am Tisch. Man fühlt sich als Gast völlig unerwünscht und es war sehr unangenehm. In gleicher Form geht es dann weiter mit der Bestellung, den Prosecco konnten wir dann nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bestellen und haben dann diesen, während dem Essen serviert bekommen, so aber das der Kellner sich dann noch lieber mit der hintersten Tischreihe unterhalten hatte und quer über uns herumgeschriehen hatte als das er sich auf uns konzentriert hatte. Der Prosecco wäre eigentlich als Apero gedacht gewesen....

Wir haben es jetzt immer wieder mal versucht aber wir kommen nun nicht mehr denn es ist immer wieder das gleiche Prozedere. Sehr, sehr schade.

Nebenbemerkung; Die WC's waren nicht sauber der ganze Boden war voller Wasser, das hat aber niemanden vom Personal gestört.

So bleiben wir lieber bei den lokalen Gastronomiebetrieben in...
