We spent three months in Seggiano and during this time Antico Borgo became our second living room. Veronica and Mirco welcomed us warmly from the first moment on. They both know how to create the perfect balance of professional customs and cosy atmosphere. After some not great meals on our trip we were so happy to find this restaurant. It was by far one of the best meals we had while in Italy. They take so much care with what they do and have so much knowledge about the local wines and produce. We had a lot of charcuterie in Italy and they were the only restaurant that took the time to tell us what everything was, where it came from and something about it. This place is a real jem in Italy. I will never forget the sense of welcoming I have received. Rooms super clean and quite and peaceful. It is a cosy and gorgeous place run by a local family. The food quality is absolutely genuine and local and refined at the same time. The oil they produce nearby will make your food experience in Tuscany so unique.
