I felt like we were an inconvenience from the start for the staff of this restaurant. We are American and are pretty low key. We enjoy a leisurely dinner so we we’re not in a rush…..but we were barely acknowledged for the first 45 minutes. When the waiter finally arrived he was neither friendly or apologetic. The food was ok…but not overly delicious. I have reservations to take our guests there when they arrive next week but I will cancel and look for another place. I hate leaving reviews like this…but I have to be honest. I will say the woman who arrived later and spoke to us a few times was kind and friendly. Ho cenato questa sera da voi , che dire la qualità del cibo è ottima peccato per il servizio che mi è stato offerto dal ragazzo in sala ; visto che era la prima volta che venivo ho chiesto com'era composto il tagliere misto tra terra e mare e mi era stato riferito che in quello di terra quindi la metà parte c'erano i salumi e i formaggi, in realtà non presenti a parte due mozzarelline come formaggi , fatto presente l'inesattezza mi propone di ordinare un altro tagliere di salumi e formaggi cosa non corretta in quanto va sostituito il tagliere e non vendermi un supplemento, inoltre nella pasta della bambina si è trovato un pezzo metallico che facendolo presente sempre allo stesso cameriere mi risponde che fa parte di un pezzo della spugna quella per strofinare i piatti penso sia in alluminio non saprei ma detto ciò il cameriere si scusa e se ne va cosa molto grave perché a prescindere il piatto va sostituito. Per concludere vi dico che la pasta e rimasta quasi intera i 2 taglieri non abbiamo avuto modo dalla quantità di terminarli visto che avevamo anche i primi, alla cassa come se nulla fosse lo stesso ragazzo si è fatto pagare la qualsiasi senza aver minimamente pensato che forse qualcosa andava stornato. Consiglio se posso permettermi di fare attenzione hai dettagli in quanto fanno la differenza e purtroppo da voi non sono piccoli dettagli...

I had my leftover pizza in a takeaway box way before my partner was served his dinner. That’s how long he had to wait.

Food wasn’t great either. I was excited to try a gluten-free pizza, and it seemed like a pizza from a freezer. Perhaps not a place to order gluten-free- I give them the benefit of doubt and hence two stars.

Not worth the bother...
