I'm very sad to write this review, but I guess theres no other choice. Im deeply disappointed for the quality and lack of care of the food. I Went in to get a birthday dinner for my wife, and it was dreadful. A total for €100 (wine included) for 2 people, with mediocre food and small portions is a disgrace. To add sin to an insult, I asked for double portions of the Norwegian Carpacio - paying €28 for a bad smoked salmon with old bread, that non of the non-English speaking staff cared to explained - is a rip-off. You should be ashamed. The only light at the end of the tunnel was the risotto which was OK- and that's the only reason why this place gets 2 stars. Onion's soup had a lasagna texture and the tortello giganto felt like it was pre-made and heated from the fridge. Be careful and avoid in case...
Read moreWe returned to this restaurant for a second visit on our last night’s stay nearby and were treated in a very welcoming manner even after we explained that we couldn’t eat a big meal and only share one glass of wine. The owner poured our wine in two glasses and little treats were served with it - everything with a nice smile. The food was lovely again. As it was raining everybody was inside the cosy restaurant and we could hear that this was also a favourite place for locals, which is always a good sign.
