I am sorry to report that my husband got very ill with food poisoning after eating the pasta dish with sausage and ricotta. It made our drive back to France a miserable one. These are the facts of our experience here. Food storage and preparation needs to be examined at this establishment. I am writing to prevent this from happening to others. Addendum: We ate at your restaurant the evening of 23 March 2025. He fell ill during the course of that night. Excuse the delay of a few days before writing you. I waited for the puking and diarrhea to be over first. Instead of denying the incident you could take necessary measures to check the ricotta, cream and sausage used in the preparation of the dish. Food poisoning does not fall from the sky. That day we ate a homemade meal for lunch at a friend's house. Everyone ate the same thing. No one got sick. My elderly husband felt perfectly fine before eating at your restaurant. He became very sick soon after. It is highly probable the source of the contamination was your restaurant. He suspects the ricotta which was cold on a dish described as " al forno" on the menu. I would like an apology. He is still barely able to get out of bed 4 days later. This is serious. ...

Posticino carinissimo, dispongono sia di tavoli esterni che interni. Appena arrivati venite subito accolti e seduti al tavolo riceverete poco dopo acqua e cestino del pane. Una volta ordinato parte l'attesa. Anche se penso dipenda dai giorni e da quanti ospiti sono presenti, la carenza immagino sia più dovuta al poco personale di sala, e probabilmente anche alla loro inesperienza, credo di aver visto due camerieri nella zona esterna e massimo un altro a fare da jolly anche internamente, non erano abbastanza. Non so quanti piatti/bicchieri ho sentito cadere in una serata, può succedere anche ai migliori ma questo non fa che rafforzare il mio pensiero riguardo la poca esperienza. Sicuramente si sono salvati in fatto di gentilezza e professionalità, che non sono mancati.

Passando alla cena, eravamo 5 e per un totale di poco più di 150€ abbiamo ordinato 5 antipasti, tigelle e crescentine per 3, un primo, un secondo (la tagliata), due bottiglie di vino e due amari. Molto onesto come conto, non capisco infatti chi pensa di vedere prezzi eccessivi sul loro menù, avendolo letto non posso che essere soddisfatta del rapporto qualità prezzo. La materia prima è infatti molto valida.

Gli antipasti sono fenomenali, la tartare e la polenta fritta non sono da contestare. Crescentine e tigelle migliorabili, le tigelle non avevano riposato bene e risultavano mollicce, un po' come una spessa ostia, ma ottima la selezione di tutti i condimenti con cui accompagnarle e i loro salumi. Mi sono fermata alle foto degli antipasti in quanto poi l'attesa ci ha fatto distrarre, direi veramente unico punto di pecca, questo servizio lento ed inesperto.

Vorrei tornare a provare il cinghiale, scelta che mi ha incuriosita visto il periodo. Spero al momento che sarà, di trovare un servizio migliore ed una materia prima degna, conoscendo diversi ristoranti della nostra magnifica zona che propongono il cinghiale ma solo in specifici periodi dell'anno. First of all the restaurant is amazing! Even if you are not staying at the hotel I would recommend going to the restaurant. Very fine local cuisine. We stayed at the hotel so visited 2 times. The tortellini was amazing! Basically everything we tried was special and good. The only thing we didn’t like was the polenta, we expected a regular one and it was fried and remained us corn schnitzel:( Other than that everything was amazing!
