La Spiaggetta — Restaurant in Unione dell'Alto Reno

Siamo stati in questo ristorante altre volte e abbiamo sempre mangiato bene. Ieri ci siamo tornati su prenotazione per le ore 13. Ci siamo accomodati intorno alle 13:00, ma dopo 15 minuti non avevamo nemmeno l'acqua in tavola, nonostante il personale ci passasse continuamente davanti. Finalmente siamo riusciti a fermare una cameriera, che ci ha risposto che sarebbe arrivata l'addetta alle bevande. In poche parole, ci ha preso l'ordine verso le 13:50. La comanda comprendeva: un tagliere di formaggi con confetture e miele, 3 primi, un secondo e le bevande. Le bevande sono arrivate in 5 minuti, ma alle 14:20 non era ancora arrivato nulla da mangiare. Capisco che con l'afflusso di clienti in questi giorni ci possa essere un po' di attesa per i primi e i secondi, ma aspettare dalle 13:50 alle 14:30 per ricevere solo un tagliere di formaggi è eccessivo. Inoltre, nessuno del personale si è fermato per dirci qualcosa come: "Scusate per l'attesa, oggi abbiamo avuto un afflusso maggiore del previsto". Anche frasi di circostanza possono far sentire un cliente considerato e comprensivo.

Ripeto, era la quarta volta che ci andavamo. Questa non è una critica, ma un'osservazione da parte di qualcuno che ha esperienza sia come cliente che come operatore. Una semplice parola può fare la differenza per un cliente, soprattutto in caso di lunghe attese come quelle che si possono verificare nei ristoranti in questi giorni particolari. Capisco tutto: la stanchezza di un'estate di lavoro, un afflusso imprevisto di persone e tutto ciò che ruota attorno a un lavoro tanto impegnativo e delicato. Tuttavia, sentirsi rispondere: "Sa che in questi giorni c'è da aspettare ovunque, se non le va può anche non uscire di casa", non mi sembra affatto carino da dire a un cliente dopo due ore di attesa per un pranzo, quando si va a saldare il conto.

Detto ciò, sicuramente torneremo ancora perché le altre volte abbiamo mangiato ovviamente benissimo e il servizio è sempre...

hehehe this is a place that i like to come everytime i'm in this aerea... the tigelle and crescentine alone along the ham cheese and all the other stuff that they bring with them are just great... the culinary tradition of the appennino is great and here the flavor of the emilian cuisine it's strong and it's a good thing. awesome location with a great service, i'm not sure but i think the kitchen is open from lunch to dinner and never closes in between, but i'm not sure... we got there at almost 3pm and they had no problem...

We had a really great evening with friends and would come again and again! The staff was heart warming and friendly; the price-performance ratio is fair! There was real soul food (you need to taste the ragout) and if we hadn't been so full, we would have liked to eat a lot more from the menu. We were able to park directly with our motorhome on the parking area at the lake - so its perfect when you will have to drink a good wine and delicious limoncello! any time again! thanks to the team for these wonderful...
