Mirka is the crown jewel of an amazing local Emilia Romagna restaurant. The food here is to die for, but being an English only speaker, Mirka guided me to local cuisine delights. This is the best restaurant my husband and I visited in our Italian vacation of 18 days. We were so impressed by Mirka’s service, her guidance, and the breathtaking local cuisine that we went back immediately after for our final Emilia Romagna dinner. Oggi domenica 01 ottobre abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo bel ristorante in località Castellina. Abbiamo pranzato in una sala molto curata dai titolari in ogni particolare. Siamo stati serviti da un personale gentile e sorridente,ci hanno servito come omaggio una squisita schiacciata e le pietanze ordinate hanno richiesto solo il tempo della cottura. Tutto buonissimo,la carne succulenta, l'antipasto perfetto,la mousse di mascarpone da leccarsi i baffi.
