McDonald's Forlì Viale Bologna — Restaurant in Unione di Comuni della Romagna Forlivese

I was used to come to this place but this time I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a menu as usual but this time, I did not deserve as much respect as before I think.. The staff focuses on COVID and forget the purpose of this place : it's a restaurant, made to serve food to customer and make sure they are satisfied with the service. Usually fries come from a special box but today, they came with a semi Big Mac box already used I guess (just look at the picture). I am sure I paid the same price as before but I think the moto here is something like "less fries, but same price". Anyway, I am very disappointed, I feel betrayed, I won't come back here. And I did not talk about the price, I will find easily another place to eat for the same price with food which tasted better....

Passati per un boccone,per carità noi sappiamo che è McDonald's e in linea di massima coscienti di cosa ci aspetta ma...se le ricette e le procedure vengono seguite sei anche fortunato che forse non ti viene un travaso di bile per il nervoso! Invece no...oggi ai ragazzi nn andava..in due entriamo a ristorante vuoto (quindi unici clienti) un'altro era seduto ma già stato servito.... Prendiamo cibo per 40€!!! Non so se ci rendiamo conto....ci hanno praticamente dato tutto l'invenduto rimasto nelle friggitrici e negli steamer ... ammesso che i nostri Panini uno steamer l'abbiamo visto... magari da lontano Hamburger freddi tanto che il formaggio ero intirizzito!!! Patatine (che già se non ti sbrighi a mangiarle diventano di legno normalmente) gelide!! E crocchette di pollo da 20 secche incendiate!! Forse di ieri!!! Se un prodotto nel vostro lavoro ha una tempistica di consumo dopo un po' buttatelo via!!! Perché fa schifo!!! Già si parla di fast food poi mi date lo scarto della giornata??? 40€ poi??? Inoltre tutti contenti e chiacchieroni dietro al banco... è festa per carità,son d'accordo,ma se in tre manager in camicia bianca nn cambiano la ci mettono la.pezza che fare??.... Storia già vista...se ti lamenti gli fai anche fastidio 🤷🏻‍♀️...in effetti è vero... "SUCCEDE SOLO DA MCDONALD'S"!! Eccetto la ragazza che porta i vassoi al tavolo non sono riuscita a leggere il nome ma unica nota da salvare...lei troppo carina...magari era l'unica che stava lavorando...
