Sono stato a cena ieri sera. Fosse per la pizza sarebbe da 5⭐: buonissima! E invece di stelle ne dò 2 per i seguenti motivi: l'ambiente è spartano, ma tutto sommato ci può stare il personale è gentile ma un tantino freddo e serioso.... Rilassatevi e sorridete, nessuno ce l'ha con voi!! considerando che fate SOLO pizza, il menù è troppo striminzito, la scelta è limitata e, soprattutto, la totale assenza fra gli ingredienti della mozzarella di bufala è veramente incredibile!! Per favore provvedete ad inserirla fra gli ingredienti e aggiungete almeno altre 10 tipologie di pizze punto molto dolente e grave i tempi di attesa: un'ora per 2 pizze non è accettabile! Il problema nasce dal fatto che il pizzaiolo non ha un aiuto, deve provvedere a tutto da solo e ovviamente non riesce a sfornare le pizze in tempi brevi. Ci deve essere almeno un'altra persona con lui che lo aiuti a stendere e cuocere la pizza. Così proprio non va!! È davvero un peccato che ci siano tanti problemi, ve lo dico con affetto. Questa critica vuole essere costruttiva perché avete veramente la possibilità di essere i migliori a Forlì...
