Beh, qui abbiamo trovato un servizio molto cordiale e abbiamo assaggiato panigacci cotti al punto giusto accompagnati da salumi e formaggi di buona qualità e in giusta quantità e anche gustosi testaroli (o panigacci bolliti) ben conditi. Ho però due annotazioni da fare: la prima è che secondo il mio modesto parere potrebbe essere servito "volontariamente" qualche panigaccio in più quando il cestino è del cliente è vuoto (precisando, per onestà, che quelli da noi richiesti in supplemento non ci sono stati fatti pagare); la seconda è che forse investirei di più nella qualità del pesto. Torneremo per assaggiare altre portate, visto che il locale è gradevole, che è vicino al centro di Aulla e che non ci sono problemi...
