If you judge it from the outside... you will miss some great eating.

The server was super formal and proper for a more high end looking restaurant and we were received with some nice Prosecco, to order we got to talk with the Chef Piergiorgio which was simply amazing as he shared some stories of the places he's been and kitchens he has worked on thru the years, we gave some idea on what we wanted and left to him what to eat and we were amazed on how well we ate. We were a party of four and two ate some seafood pasta and the other two some bass. It was delicious. The desserts were great too as the experience in general.

We showed up here for lunch in September and they were closed for renovations. They insisted we stay for lunch anyways and we ended up having the best culinary experience of our entire trip! They fed us all homemade dishes made with love by this family owned business. The tortellini is something I still dream about to this day! The cherry on top is they let us try to make the pasta with them after our meal. Such an incredible experience for my husband and I, this place is a must try for sure! If we come back to Italy we will make a special trip back to this restaurant it...

Dall'esterno non si può immaginare, ma quando inizi a mangiare, capisci che sei in un mondo professionale, dedicato alla qualità delle materie prime ed alla tecnica , quella vera. Uno vero Chef, gentile , cordiale, professionale. Ti spiega e descrive ogni piatto. Chi ti serve al tavolo, non è certamente meno professionale. Dopo un benvenuto dello chef, (gambero in salsa dello chef), abbiamo mangiato una tartare di gamberi, SUBLIME, un polpo con olive e pomodorini, che era da sogno. "Tenerissimo" non descrive appieno. A seguire una "gallinella", cotta in maniera magistrale, accompagnata da salicornia con pomodorini ed un intingolo di pomodorini, capperi, olive taggiasche. Quest'ultimo ha immediatamente stimolato la nostra fantasia, sulla possibilità di abbinarlo ad una pasta. .Ciascuno degli ingredienti era ottimo e l'insieme, sublime. Un gelato al tartufo con sbrisolona e miele , accompagnato da un rum. Tutto fantastico. Abbiamo scelto una bottiglia di Greco di tufo. Una esperienza speciale, che ripeteremo presto.
