Today we went to this lovely place for lunch. We got there, only us which was quite nice but when i was ready to order i saw on the menu a risotto served with mushrooms and prawns wich i was dying to eat but since im alergic to seafood i kindly asked if it could be done only with mushrooms. I saw on the menu that we need to let them know in case of any food allergy or intolerance. So the gentleman looked and me and said.. I f you are allergic you should order something else! Excuse me but a bit of kindness is important and to make a risotto without prawns in not very difficult. TO finish with my experience i placed my napkin on the plate with the fork on top of it and he throw the napkin on the table and took the plate. I realized how rude he was with me for no reason.. A lovely place but luckly here in Italy we have so many other choices... My advice... He needs to retire and on top of of it.. I would never have someone like him working for...

4 stagioni is an hidden gem located between Bologna and Ferrara. The restaurant is in a renovated 17th century country house, absolutely beautiful.
We order pastas but they offer pizza and meat based entree too. The sauces on the filled pasta was very tasty and delicate and the service was very pleasant and professional. Dessert are outstanding too.

Consiglio assolutamente questo locale a chi piace la pizza "emiliana", quindi decisamente sottile. Buon impasto ed ottimi ingredienti; io ho preso la "violina" (speck, all'entrata, funghi e crema di zucca), ed ho trovato un ottimo abbinamento di gusti che non avevo mai provato prima. La materia prima mi è parsa di buona qualità, e l'ho trovata super digeribile. Dolci davvero ottimi, personalmente posso consigliare ai più golosi il "mattone". La gentilezza di tutto lo staff, l'ampio parcheggio a disposizione dei clienti e la cura nei dettagli del luogo, hanno reso la nostra cena ancora più piacevole.
Unica nota un po' dolente (non abbastanza pesante da inficiare le cinque stelle), i prezzi: per 4 pizze, una caraffa di birra, una bottiglia d'acqua, 2 sorbetti e 2 dolci, abbiamo speso quasi 70euro. Tutti hanno aumentato i prezzi recentemente, però la spesa mi è parsa un pelo eccessiva.
