Roby had a fancy starter, cappasanta, which was quite small, while I had a much bigger portion starter (duck's liver pate, superb 👏🏻!), then his main dish, which was a grilled swordfish fillet, was also very small (I had tagliatelle al ragù 😋🥰). So, even though there had been lovely bread and grissini, when we finished eating he was still hungry and he ordered a dessert. I can't eat sugar, so I couldn't, since they didn't have any options. It was very expensive for the quantity, but the quality was impeccable. I noticed that there is a degustazione menu, and I think the cost was better and they obviously think about the harmony between the dishes and the quality, since they serve many dishes, starter, the first (pasta), the second (protein), the side dish, etc. The service is a dream... and the room is beautiful.

We have eaten here a few times and always very pleased with the quality, choice of genuine ingredients and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant offers carefully chosen selection of both seafood and traditional plates. They offer a cocktail and small starter followed by homemade grissini, crackers and various types of bread. I chose an antipasto of calamari, followed by passatelli with swordfish, citrus and pistachios and for the second course; cod with a cream of potatoes with lemon. All were beautifully presented and with excellent service.

Questo chef che parla bene di tutti ama il mondo la sua famiglia il suo lavoro e resta umile… io lo amo dal profondo e lo sostengo dal primo giorno perché merita tutti i riconoscimenti che sta ricevendo (come entrare in guida Michelin) e che riceverà in futuro! Ma parliamo di cose serie, Il Benvenuto: finto pomodoro di scuacquerone, polenta soffiata con gola stagionata Rizzieri. Antipasto: Battuta al coltello di agnello macelleria Rizzieri e ratatouille di verdure. Millefoglie di patate su crema di parmigiano 30mesi e tartufo nero pregiato. I primi: Ravioli ripieni di cacio cavallo, composta di ciliegie e anice stellato con cime di rapa al burro della Normandia. Risotto Acquerello funghi porcini mantecato al mascarpone di montagna e arachidi tostate. I secondi: Piemontese salsa cimiciurri e patate rosse arrostite al burro e aglio con polvere di rapa rossa, Coscia di anatra con il suo fondo bruno è pure di zucca. Pre Dessert Panettone nuvola d’oro e millefoglie Zabaione e fragola. In ogni piatto c’è tecnica ricerca tradizione e anima una degustazione impeccabile e goduriosa ad ogni singolo boccone … e non dite che non ve l’ho detto! Grazie allo staff di sala Simona splendida direttrice e Stefano sommelier d’eccezione. Grazie anche alla brigata che non sbaglia un tempo, grandi professionisti !
