Ristorante Pizzeria Il Tucano — Restaurant in Vacri

Visited on a Friday evening, got very busy very quickly, clearly a popular place, the starters were nice, and served very quickly, decided to go with the pasta for mains, maccoroni alla cassa, it was tasty, but portion size could be bigger as was still left hungry after mains, had cheesecake for desert, very nice, good portion and plenty of Nutella on it. Service did get slow, the desert took a long time to come out, but it's because it was so packed, place was full, feel sorry for the waitresses, they were trying their best, but ran off their feet, the place definitely need to hire more staff.

All in all, I'm not disappointed with my visit, still leaving slightly hungry due to portion sizes but what I ate was...

Loved visiting the ll Tucano, the service, the food, absolutely fabulous! Loved being there with friends and got served the most amazing- pizza diavolo, margarita, bread with prosciutto, wine, arrosticini, tarranchio, panna cotta!! It’s all amazing! But the arrosticini definitely wins it! It’s so good! I could 100 of those!

Siamo clienti affezionati da anni e abbiamo sempre apprezzato la pizza, che resta davvero ottima, tra le migliori della zona. Proprio per questo ci siamo tornati volentieri anche questa sera, in compagnia di nostro figlio di un anno.

Purtroppo, con grande dispiacere, ci siamo trovati costretti ad andar via: alla semplice richiesta di poter cuocere tre cucchiai di pastina (che avevamo portato noi da casa, per il bambino), ci è stato detto che non era possibile.

Comprendiamo eventuali limiti organizzativi o di regolamento, ma ci aspettavamo un minimo di attenzione e flessibilità, soprattutto verso una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo.

Siamo molto delusi, e ci dispiace dover rivedere la nostra opinione su un locale a cui eravamo sinceramente...
